YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Public Policy Manager you will collaborate closely with the Public Policy team in Southern Europe and the local team to build and nurture city relationships, and influence critical regulatory and political processes in line with our policy strategy in Spain. In this role you will be collaborating with local, regional and central teams to drive the strategic discussion with the publicly elected stakeholders in the cities where we are currently operating, and work continuously to expand our footprint and improve our position as the obvious choice for new cities tendering for micromobility services in Spain. This will include: * Developing and building relationships and partnerships with federal, local and regional stakeholders. * Monitoring regulatory developments and municipal requirements to assess our position and recommend future priorities. * Planning and implementing favourable regulations at the local and regional level. * Supporting local partnerships and collaborating with political stakeholders and other third parties. * Driving forward market-specific initiatives and priorities for features or operational changes necessary to position Voi for tenders. * Representing Voi as a supporting POC in industry associations at the national level. * Working with our external communications agency to develop communications tactics, relevant content and implement local communications strategies, and when needed work with local media and journalists to further explain our service and offering. * Support the local operations team with understanding local regulations and solving issues in line with the company's interests. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We’re looking for an analytical, communicative and commercially minded public policy professional, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive strategic discussion with publicly elected representatives. In addition to this, we believe the right person has: * A Bachelor degree in political science, communications, transport, urban planning or similar * 3+ years of professional experience working in the political sector or public policy, e.g. in the city council, state parliament, a company, or in an agency as a public policy consultant * Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken * Strong presentation and communication skills * Strong writing skills and the ability to summarise complex political issues in simple explanations and compelling messages * A structured and analytical approach to identifying trends and upcoming regulations and their impact * Experience in the mobility sector is a merit WHY VOI? YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Senior Public Policy Manager (Benelux), you will report to the Country Manager and contribute to and execute the policy strategy for the Benelux region. In this role, you will drive key regulatory and political processes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and work closely with local and central teams to ensure Voi remains the obvious choice for cities tendering for micromobility services. Your responsibilities include: Strategy & Policy Development * Contributing to and executing the Benelux policy strategy in close partnership with the Benelux team * Outlining regulatory positions, drafting arguments, interpreting new rules and producing clear material for national-level engagement * Working with Analytics and Product teams to build Voi's evidence base and translate insights into credible advocacy positions Tender & Market Readiness * Identifying, monitoring and preparing for tenders across the region, ensuring the right policy positioning and stakeholder groundwork ahead of tender release * Engaging proactively with city and regional authorities to shape upcoming mobility tenders and secure opportunities for participation * Collaborating with Product, Operations, Legal, PR and the Tender team to align regulatory positions and support readiness for upcoming rules Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy * Building and developing political, technical and administrative relationships across the Benelux, ensuring Voi has early insight into regulatory developments * Representing Voi in external forums, consultations, conferences and working groups, ensuring Voi's positions are consistently and professionally presented * Driving outreach to new cities, assessing Voi's position and influencing public stakeholders to advance pilot and tender processes for micromobility services Compliance, Communications & Internal Alignment * Maintaining oversight of compliance matters in the region and preparing internal processes for regulatory change * Monitoring and managing public opinion, promoting and defending Voi's vision and position in public discussions, including in press and on social media * Researching municipal requirements and political ambitions to draft tailored white papers for cities evaluating micromobility services WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for an analytical, commercially minded policy professional with a solid understanding of the Benelux political and regulatory landscape. Working closely with the Program Director and colleagues across SSE, you will help shape the student experience, establish efficient processes and structures, and contribute to the successful launch and long-term development of the program. The position offers significant scope for initiative, responsibility, and professional growth as the program evolves over time. The role As a Program Manager for the MSc in Public Policy (MPP) program, you will have a key role in coordinating, organizing, and assisting in the development and day-to-day operations of the program. You will belong to the Admissions & Program Management team at EdO, reporting to the Group Manager, and will work closely with the Program Director and Stakeholder Engagement Manager for MPP. This role is expected to evolve over time alongside the development of the program. During the start‑up phase, the focus will be on developing and setting up routines and workflows for the program. Once the program is running, responsibilities will increase in focus on program operations, student interaction, and delivery of program activities.
