Who you are * You have a proven track record with at least 5 years’ experience in developing or advising on sanctions and/or other screening frameworks, or equivalent experience (working with development/analytical teams in a compliance setting); * You will have a proven track record of handling complex Sanctions and Financial Crime investigations and possess strong regulatory literacy, with the ability to confidently parse complex legal documentation and guidance papers; * You have excellent organizational skills and know how to manage a project from conception to launch; * You are a quick learner and take a ‘launch fast and iterate’ approach to tackling problems; and, * You have strong communication skills and can work well with both technical and commercial teams.
