Du har en central roll genom hela processen, från planering till genomförande, och fungerar som en trygg och strukturerad rekryteringspartner till myndighetens rekryterande chefer på enhet, sektion, avdelning och divisionsnivå. Du har ett nära samarbete med rekryterande chef där ni tillsammans säkerställer en kvalitetssäkrad och effektiv rekrytering.
