Dina arbetsuppgifter Leksand och Vansbro kommun har sedan januari 2026 en avtalssamverkan inom området säkerhet, krisberedskap och brottsförebyggande arbete. Detta innebär att avdelningen för säkerhet och beredskap jobbar både mot Leksand och Vansbro inom ovanstående områden. Som säkerhetssamordnare har du en central administrativ roll med inblick i och kännedom om kommunens arbete med säkerhet och beredskap. Du koordinerar kommunens uppgifter inom säkerhetsskydd, krisberedskap och civilt försvar på uppdrag av säkerhet- och beredskapschef. Utifrån behov kan du komma att handlägga exempelvis kommunens arbete med krigsplacering och säkerhetsprövning. Du är dessutom behjälplig i arbetet med att utföra utbildningar och övningar i syfte att utveckla kommunens förmåga inom civilt försvar och krisberedskap. Till dina övriga återkommande arbetsuppgifter hör hantering av krisberedskapsportalen WIS, Rakel, lokala lägesbilder samt deltagande i lokala och länsgemensamma arbetsgrupper och nätverk. Även övriga administrativa uppgifter förekommer, såsom att tillsammans med säkerhet- och beredskapschef handlägga styrdokument kopplat till kommunens arbete med krisberedskap och civilt försvar samt skriva tjänsteutlåtande inför att politiska beslut ska tas. I tjänsten ingår även brottsförebyggande arbete, vilket innebär bland annat hantering av det lokala brottsförebyggande rådet. I och med avtalssamverkan mellan Leksand och Vansbro sträcker sig arbetsuppgifterna över båda kommunerna. Din profil Krav: Utbildning inom området, såsom högskoleutbildning eller eftergymnasial utbildning Tjänsten kräver säkerhetsprövning i enlighet med Säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585) B-körkort Meriterande: Arbetslivserfarenhet inom området, såsom brandsäkerhet, fysisk säkerhet, kontinuitetshantering eller krishantering Erfarenhet från arbete inom offentlig verksamhet samt förståelse för politiskt styrda organisationer och kommunalt uppdrag Du som söker tjänsten har en gedigen erfarenhet av mötesadministration såsom att administrera underlag till beslut, förbereda handlingar och kallelser inför möten och skriva protokoll. Du är trygg och effektiv i att, utifrån tilldelade uppdrag, självständigt hantera ett brett spektrum av administrativa frågor. Du har en god förmåga att skapa förtroendeingivande relationer och du har ett intresse för samhällets säkerhet och beredskap. Arbetstempot är periodvis högt, vilket ställer krav på stresstålighet och prioriteringsförmåga. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Om arbetsplatsen Avdelningen för säkerhet och beredskap består av säkerhet- och beredskapschef och två säkerhetssamordnare. En av säkerhetssamordnarna ska gå på föräldraledighet i slutet på november och därför söker vi en vikarie under minst ett år. Avdelningen har en samordnande och stöttande funktion i frågor gällande säkerhet, krisberedskap, brottsförebyggande arbete och säkerhetsskydd och verkar mot kommunkoncernen. Som ett stöd till avdelningen finns säkerhet- och beredskapsgruppen som representeras av funktioner med ansvar inom bland annat IT- och samhällsutvecklingsfrågor. Om tjänsten Som bygglovshandläggare kommer du att bli en del i ett kontor där alla bidrar till att skapa den fysiska miljön i Laholms kommun. Du kommer att ingå i plan- och byggnadsenhetens bygglovsavdelning som tillsammans diskuterar och stöttar varandra i det dagliga arbetet. Utöver dina närmsta kollegor som arbetar med bygglov så kommer du att ha kollegor som arbetar med bostadsanpassningsbidrag, detaljplaner och kart-, mät- och GIS verksamhet. För tjänsten behöver du ha god insikt i plan- och bygglagstiftningen och du arbetar i första hand med bygglov. Du handlägger självständigt ärenden och ansvarar för dessa fram till bygglovsbeslut och i vissa ärendegrupper hanterar du även start- och slutbesked. Identifying local government candidates will be important too. You will not have the responsibility for setting strategy, raising funds, engaging with the press or running social media. This is a role focused on ground campaigning, pure and simple.
