Psykiatri Södra Stockholm strävar efter att bli ett ledande föredöme inom svensk psykiatri. Det gör vi genom att arbeta personcentrerat, erbjuda rätt kompetens för patientens behov, betona tillämpning av evidensbaserade riktlinjer och vårdprogram. Vi behöver anställa fler sjuksköterskor, en för dagtid och en för schemalagd tid, till vår mottagning belägen i Rosenlunds sjukhusområde på Södermalm! Mottagningens uppdrag omfattar Stockholms södra stadsdelar och delar av innerstaden samt sedan 1 april i år även över Nacka och Värmdös kommuner. Om Psykiatrisk Jourmottagning Mottagningen erbjuder bedömning och rådgivning för alla medborgare som vänder sig till Psykiatri Södra Stockholm. Enheten består av ca 30 medarbetare; läkare, sjuksköterskor, skötare, undersköterskor och medicinska sekreterare. Vi genomför akutpsykiatriska bedömningar och gör vårdinsatser alla dagar året om kl. 8-22. Ditt arbete som sjuksköterska På vardagarna har du varierande funktion, antingen som ledningssjuksköterska, samordnade sjuksköterska eller du tar emot samtal i jourtelefonen.  I jourtelefonen ingår att bedöma psykiatriskt status inklusive suicidbedömning, triagering, ge stöd, rådgivning och vägledning till patienter, närstående, vårdgrannar m fl. I den schemalagda tjänsten är du dessutom arbetsledande sjuksköterska på kvällar och helger. I ditt arbete på jouren ingår att handleda sjuksköterskestudenter och andra yrkeskategorier som auskulterar. Självständigt eller med läkare förekommer även akuta mobila bedömningar i patientens hem. Efter läkarbesök även viss uppföljning av patienter i jouren. Dokumentation sker i journalsystemet Take Care. Våra förväntningar på dig Legitimerad sjuksköterska, specialistutbildning inom psykiatri är meriterande. Steg 1-utbildning (basutbildning i terapeutisk metod) eller liknande är meriterande. Erfarenhet av psykiatriskt arbete är ett krav. Mycket goda kunskaper i det svenska talade och skriftliga språket. Flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga. Förmåga till struktur samt att kunna prioritera när det händer mycket. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Körkort är önskvärt. Vad kan vi erbjuda dig? Vi erbjuder två tillsvidareanställningar: En schemalagd tjänst 38,25 h/vecka med arbete för närvarande två helger av fem och en dagtjänsten 40 h/v. Omfattning och viss schemaläggning kan diskuteras.
