Duties/Responsibilities The Fritids responsibilities: Opening and/or closing school (afternoon fritids) Planning a 1 hour activity for 15-35 students 1 to 2 times per week Evaluate your activity (what did/did not go well, ways to improve) Help plan for Fall/Winter/Sports/Spring break School yard duties during outdoor activity time Proven experience of improving, and having a positive impact on, children's learning in the primary age range A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom The ability to share outstanding practice and willingness to develop other colleagues The Learning Assistant responsibilities: Provide instructional support for students.
