Som medarbetare hos oss kommer du att arbeta i ett stort arbetslag med många olika uppgifter, där den huvudsakliga är att förse våra gäster med den utrustning de behöver för en komplett vintersemester. Gästerna bokar utrustning via vår hemsida, och du ansvarar för att ställa i ordning den utrustning de har bokat. Du kommer också att arbeta i kassan och servicedelen, där du hjälper gästerna med att byta utrustning om något inte passar, svara på frågor, förlänga avtal eller göra ändringar i deras bokningar. På ankomstdagar levererar vi även utrustning direkt till gästens stuga – en service som är mycket populär och som vi är bäst i Sverige på. Tjänsten innebär huvudsakligen arbete under kvällar, helger och lov. Under vår internutbildning kommer du att lära dig allt du behöver för att arbeta i vår skiduthyrning. Bring your life Do you have a passion for turning creative ideas into precise, functional sewing patterns? What you'll do at Thule As Product Pattern Maker, you will be responsible for the development of soft goods/textile sewing patterns in both new development and maintenance projects, creating cutting patterns with the best possible design considering cost, performance, function, and compliance. Your role includes developing and documenting sewing instructions, patterns, samples, and item specs as part of the technical specification package. You'll contribute to defining costing models and take ownership of the soft goods part of Design FMEA, leading design reviews and fitting meetings, both internally and externally with suppliers. You'll order and evaluate prototypes from Sewing Technicians and provide them with instructions and feedback. Additionally, you will manage the handover from internal development to external suppliers, evaluate their sewing prototypes and provide comments and corrections throughout the process. As a team member with experience in sewing and textiles, you will assist in the development of test plans, test requirements and corrections to products to ensure they are sustainable and easy to build. Cooperating with the fabric and trim developer, you will help to select and specify appropriate trims, buckles, zippers and labels. What you bring To be successful in this role, we believe you have an education in pattern design and some years of relevant work experience. You bring relevant sewing knowledge and familiarity with outdoor products. You're also comfortable working with CAD pattern software such as Gerber or Lectra, and have experience navigating a PLM system. You are a structured person with strong problem-solving ability, and you enjoy working in a highly digital, hands-on role. You're a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, and you're fluent in English. At Thule, we're looking for a Project Purchaser who will play a key role in our product development projects, ensuring that sourcing decisions contribute to delivering high-quality products on time and at the right cost. As part of our Purchasing Organization, you will represent Purchasing throughout the development process and act as the link between project teams and our category management organization. In this role, you'll help shape sourcing strategies, identify new opportunities within our supplier base, and contribute to the successful launch of new products that support Thule's future growth. What you'll do at Thule As a Project Purchaser, you will take full responsibility for all purchasing-related activities within development projects. Working closely with cross-functional project teams, suppliers, category managers, and site purchasers, you will ensure that sourced materials and components are delivered according to project timelines, quality expectations, and cost targets. You will lead sourcing activities throughout the project lifecycle, from creating and managing RFQ packages to evaluating supplier proposals and supporting sourcing decisions based on total cost of ownership. By combining commercial insight with technical understanding, you will help ensure that sourcing strategies align with both project requirements and long-term business objectives. A key part of the role is to bring valuable input into the development process by identifying new technologies, materials, and supplier innovations that can strengthen our products and improve competitiveness. You will also play an important role in planning and coordinating sourcing activities, ensuring clear communication between project teams, site purchasers, and sourcing partners throughout the development journey. What you bring To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience within purchasing, sourcing, engineering, project management, or a related field where you have worked closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
