Avdelning 18 är en allmänpsykiatrisk heldygnsvårdsavdelning som tillhör kliniken Psykiatri Nordväst. Avdelningens huvudinriktning är depression, ångest och personlighetssyndrom men vi vårdar även patienter med andra psykiatriska svårigheter. Vi har 16 vårdplatser och tar emot patienter som är 18 till 65 år. Avdelningen är belägen centralt på Kungsholmen med närhet till goda kommunikationer. Arbetsuppgifter På avdelningen arbetar vi i omvårdnadsteam bestående av sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor. där du som sjuksköterska är arbetsledare för ditt team. Du har helhetsansvar för den psykiatriska och somatiska omvårdnaden. Som sjuksköterska förväntas du leda omvårdnadsarbetet kring våra patienter, vilket innebär att planera och utföra omvårdnadsåtgärder. Du deltar i ronder tillsammans med läkare och övrig personal, samt utför sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter såsom venprovtagning, läkemedelshantering och journalföring. Vi använder oss av Take Care som journalföringssystem. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även stödsamtal med patienter samt kontakt och samordning med andra vårdgivare, kommun och närstående.
