Avdelning 18 är en allmänpsykiatrisk heldygnsvårdsavdelning som tillhör kliniken Psykiatri Nordväst. Avdelningens huvudinriktning är depression, ångest och personlighetssyndrom men vi vårdar även patienter med andra psykiatriska svårigheter. Vi har 16 vårdplatser och tar emot patienter som är 18 till 65 år. Avdelningen är belägen centralt på Kungsholmen med närhet till goda kommunikationer. Vi arbetar enligt modellen Ett samtal om dagen och har även Lugna rummet som med sin avkopplande och sinnesstimulerande miljö blivit en självklar del av våra patienters ångesthantering och sömnprevention. Under hösten 2023 implementerades metoden självvald inläggning (SI) på avdelningen och under våren 2024 har vi startat upp ett projekt där vi erbjuder våra patienter KBT-inriktade samtal som en del av behandlingen. Patientens delaktighet i sin vård är en viktig del av vårt arbetssätt. Arbetsuppgifter På avdelningen arbetar vi i omvårdnadsteam bestående av sjuksköterskor och undersköterskor. där du som sjuksköterska är arbetsledare för ditt team. Du har helhetsansvar för den psykiatriska och somatiska omvårdnaden. Som sjuksköterska förväntas du leda omvårdnadsarbetet kring våra patienter, vilket innebär att planera och utföra omvårdnadsåtgärder. Du deltar i ronder tillsammans med läkare och övrig personal, samt utför sedvanliga sjuksköterskeuppgifter såsom venprovtagning, läkemedelshantering och journalföring. Vi använder oss av Take Care som journalföringssystem. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår även stödsamtal med patienter samt kontakt och samordning med andra vårdgivare, kommun och närstående. We are looking for an operating theatre nurse for a 100% fixed-term substitute position, with the possibility of permanent employment. At Odda Hospital, you will be part of a small and close-knit professional environment where operating theatre nurses and nurse anaesthetists work closely together. You will have a key role in the operating team, with varied working days, planned procedures, acute situations and close cooperation with surgeons and other professionals. The team is small enough for you to be seen, and important enough for your competence to matter. You will, among other things: - provide operating theatre nursing in general surgery - participate in operating teams and trauma teams - prepare and carry out surgical procedures - perform tasks related to the central sterile services department - contribute to professional development, quality and good routines - take part in home/on-call duties as part of the position Skills requirements You must have: - Norwegian authorisation as a nurse - further education/specialist qualification in operating theatre nursing - relevant experience as an operating theatre nurse - good Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken Applicants whose first language is not Norwegian, Swedish or Danish must document Norwegian language skills at minimum B2 level, unless they have completed upper secondary education in Norwegian.
