Then, join our team of highly motivated engineers as a R&D engineer for electronics hardware development, and contribute to the foundations of next-generation ABB products. You will maintain our active product portfolio, contribute creative ideas to product realization initiatives and propose innovative development projects addressing customer specific requirements. We provide an agile, dynamic workplace and you will be part of a cross-functional agile team embedded in a global network of collaborating teams. We expect that you show a high motivation, hands-on attitude as well as taking initiative to come up with new ideas that tackle today’s challenges. You design, develop, and implement analog and digital circuits from concept phase to serial production. Your tasks include creation of schematics and definition of constraints for PCB layout, definition of verification specifications and execution of verification activities of your designs by simulation and prototype testing, as well as documentation and handover of the developed technologies with subsequent implementation support to production engineering. You collaborate closely with product owner, product management, system architects and software developers to breakdown market requirements to product requirements for hardware. You monitor technology developments and product technologies to identify technical drivers for R&D projects, supported by your thorough understanding of key business drivers for ABB’s products and solutions. You participate in internal and external networks to expand your knowledge of your area of expertise. You take responsibility for hardware development activities, as (senior) member, including risk identification, alignment with targets, and close coordination with suppliers and other functions (e.g. product management). You contribute to discussions of intellectual property and secure patent rights for ABB by driving the IP creation. Qualifications for the role M.Sc. or B.Sc degree in Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems or comparable field At least 5 years of experience in development of electronics within embedded systems as a hardware design engineer in an industrial context Sound knowledge in designing electronic circuits, circuit diagrams, and working with simulation tools Experience in testing and validation of prototypes in a laboratory. Proven experience in working with voltage levels up to ~1kV would be considered a plus Knowledge in EMC compatible design would be considered a plus Willingness to travel internationally (<5%) Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; Swedish language skills are beneficial but not a prerequisite. About the job As Scrum Master & Release Manager at Aimo IT, you play a key role in how we plan, coordinate, and continuously improve delivery across our technology organization. This role is less about strictly following Scrum frameworks and more about owning flow, release predictability, and ways of working across teams.  You work vertically across six development teams, with a strong focus on release management, cross-team coordination, and agile coaching. Rather than leading by authority or by writing code, you lead through clarity, dialogue, structure, and engagement. You ask the hard questions and help the organization reflect on whether we are working in the right way and how we can improve. What you will do  Own and coordinate release planning across multiple teams and systems such as app, ERP, and CRM, managing dependencies, risks, and milestones.  Drive quarterly planning, translating strategic goals into realistic and transparent delivery plans.  Facilitate key agile forums where it adds value, while also evolving and challenging existing ways of working.  Work closely with Tech Leads, QA, product managers, designers, and architects to ensure alignment and forward momentum.  Stay close to delivery, follow up on commitments, and set clear expectations, including towards QA and quality processes.  Encourage feedback, learning, and reflection across teams, always with a pragmatic and business-focused mindset.  About you You are confident in holding processes, setting expectations, and challenging when needed, while still building trust and engagement. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, keeping the bigger picture in mind, and actively driving progress rather than standing on the sidelines.  You likely bring:  Several years of experience in roles such as Release Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in a complex tech environment.  Proven experience coordinating deliveries and releases across multiple teams and systems.  Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to support Tech Leads and teams in process-related work.  Experience working with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.  Comfort in being close to the action, asking questions, following up, and ensuring progress.  If you enjoy being part of the loop, taking ownership of flow and delivery, and continuously asking “are we doing this in the best possible way?”, this role could be a great fit.  About us With more than 50 years of experience in parking services and pioneering knowledge in car sharing, we are shaping the future of mobility.
