Role: Systems Design Engineer Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday Salary: between £40,000 and £60,000 pa DOE     Are you interested in creating innovative vehicle systems and seeing how electrical, mechanical and communication technologies work together? We're looking for a Systems Design Engineer to join our Engineering team in Warwick. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, validation and integration of vehicle systems across our product range, working collaboratively with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders across the business. As part of the team, you'll help develop robust system architectures, capture and manage requirements, support validation activities, and ensure vehicle systems perform as intended throughout the development lifecycle. What you'll be doing   * Developing and documenting system requirements and architectures * Capturing stakeholder needs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards * Supporting the integration of electrical, mechanical and communication systems * Creating electrical interconnection schematics and supporting documentation * Supporting vehicle commissioning, validation and fault-finding activities * Contributing to DVP&R planning, validation and verification activities * Working closely with software, testing and engineering teams to deliver effective system solutions * Reviewing test results and supporting continuous improvement throughout product development What we're looking for   We're interested in hearing from people who can bring a combination of technical knowledge, curiosity and collaborative working. You may be an experienced Systems Engineer or have developed relevant skills in a similar engineering environment. You'll ideally have:   * A degree in a relevant engineering discipline * Experience in systems engineering, system integration or product development * Knowledge of requirements capture and management throughout the development lifecycle * Experience working with system architectures, validation activities and the V-model * The ability to communicate technical information clearly to a range of audiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail * Experience with electrical schematics and system commissioning activities * Knowledge of CANbus, ISO26262, Functional Safety, or automotive/off-highway systems would be advantageous but is not essential. Role: Electrical & Hydraulic Fitter Location: Worksop, S80 3AT Hours: 40 hours per week | between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday  Hourly Rate: Up to £17.90 ph DOE  Are you an experienced engineer with a strong interest in electrical and hydraulic systems?We’re looking for a skilled and detail-focused Electrical & Hydraulic Fitter to join our Manufacturing team in Worksop. This is a practical role where you’ll be responsible for assembling and fitting electrical and hydraulic systems to a high standard, ensuring all work meets build specifications and quality requirements in line with BS EN ISO 9001. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings accurately * Carry out electrical and hydraulic fitting and electro-mechanical assembly * Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of your work * Maintain good housekeeping standards and follow all health and safety procedures * Work collaboratively with colleagues and support planning and improvement activities * Adapt to different tasks and support across departments when required * Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment WHAT YOU'LL BRING: * Training or experience in fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems * Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment * Ability to problem-solve and work to production schedules * Confidence reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications * A team-focused approach with good attention to detail * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Auto-electrical qualifications and CANbus knowledge (desirable) * Flexibility to support overtime when required If you’re looking to use your skills in a team that takes pride in what it builds, we’d love to hear from you!   We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
