What we’re looking for We’re looking for a researcher who balances curiosity and rigor — someone who loves asking why, tests how, and measures what’s working. You’re as comfortable in a user interview as you are interpreting event data or survey results, and you know how to connect human stories with product metrics. 3–6 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related role. Proficiency in qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, concept testing). Experience with survey design, data analysis, and working with behavioral data (e.g., from analytics tools) is a plus Strong synthesis skills, distilling findings into insights that influence design and product decisions. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring research to life for cross-functional teams. Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities. TL;DR As Community Program Lead, you will turn Lovable’s global builder ecosystem into a measurable driver of activation, retention, and brand strength. You’ll define and execute a global community program strategy aligned with company-level growth targets, build and scale programs (Ambassadors, Campus Leaders, etc).The core of this role is scaling a community flywheel, recruiting and supporting local ambassadors, running recurring events, and converting community engagement into measurable business impact. The Role As Community Program Lead, you will build and scale Lovable’s global community programs as a measurable driver of growth, activation, and retention. You will define the operating model, establish clear measurement frameworks, and build programs that convert community participation into long-term customer value. What We're Looking For At least 2 to 4 years of experience in an IT support, sysadmin, or technical operations role at a tech company Experience managing vendor relationships, including negotiating costs and evaluating features Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS or Linux environments A proactive, service-minded attitude with a track record of ownership and follow-through Experience with MDM tools (Iru/Knadji in particular) is a plus Familiarity with professional software development tools is a plus What You'll Do In one sentence: You'll touch the full spectrum of IT operations, from device lifecycle and hands-on support to event production and security partnerships, using AI and automation to keep every team member unblocked and productive.
