Om rollen Som Head of Health & Safety ansvarar du för att utveckla, leda och följa upp Coors strategiska agenda inom hälsa, arbetsmiljö och säkerhet i Norden. Du säkerställer en gemensam och affärsnära styrning av området med fokus på säkerhetskultur, gemensamma arbetssätt, KPI:er och kontinuerlig förbättring. Rollen har ett nordiskt ansvar och omfattar även ett funktionellt ansvar för Health & Safety i Sverige. Du leder genom påverkan, samverkan och expertis och arbetar nära koncernledning, landsorganisationer, affärsområden och specialistfunktioner i hela Norden. Du rapporterar till Director HR & Communications, ingår i HR Management Team och leder den gemensamma H&S-styrningen genom bland annat Coors H&S Board. Ditt uppdrag I rollen ansvarar du bland annat för att: Driva och vidareutveckla Coors strategiska arbete inom Health & Safety i Norden. Utveckla och förankra en stark och proaktiv säkerhetskultur i hela organisationen. Säkerställa att Health & Safety integreras i Coors tjänsteleveranser och affärsutveckling. Sätta mål, KPI:er och uppföljningsmodeller samt omsätta resultat, risker och incidenter till förbättringsåtgärder. Säkerställa efterlevnad av lagkrav, regelverk och interna styrdokument. Utveckla gemensamma arbetssätt, utbildningar och förändringsinitiativ inom H&S. Stödja verksamheten med specialistkompetens, strategisk vägledning och best practice. Bidra i större kundstarter, upphandlingar, integrationsprojekt och M&A-processer. Sätta riktning, prioriteringar och uppföljning för H&S-arbetet i Sverige tillsammans med verksamheten och HSEQ-funktionerna. Vem är du? Du har gedigen erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla Health & Safety-arbete i större organisationer och trivs i en roll där du skapar resultat genom samarbete, påverkan och strategiskt ledarskap. Du är van att arbeta nära ledning, specialister och verksamhet, och har förmågan att omsätta strategi till praktiska arbetssätt som ger långsiktiga resultat. Som person är du kommunikativ, affärsmässig och förtroendeingivande, med ett starkt engagemang för hälsa, arbetsmiljö och säkerhet. Vi söker dig som har Dokumenterad erfarenhet från en senior roll inom Health & Safety, arbetsmiljö eller närliggande område. Erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera strategier, styrning och förändringsarbete inom Health & Safety. Erfarenhet av att driva utveckling i större och komplexa organisationer. Erfarenhet av matrisorganisationer och funktionellt ledarskap. God kunskap inom arbetsmiljölagstiftning, riskhantering, lagefterlevnad och relevanta regelverk. Erfarenhet av projekt- och förändringsledning. Akademisk examen inom exempelvis arbetsmiljö, HR, hållbarhet, teknik, ekonomi eller annat relevant område. What you’ll do We are looking for a Health and Safety Engineer you will work closely with the operational teams on site. You will act as the link between Health & Safety and operations, supporting safe, compliant, and effective ways of working across the organization. As we are building a cross-functional Health & Safety team, supporting all areas at our Boden site. This is a unique opportunity to be part of shaping how safety is embedded into a completely new, modern industrial setup from the ground up. Working at Stegra could mean operating in an environment with high temperatures, hazardous gases (such as hydrogen and carbon monoxide), and ATEX-classified areas. Managing these risks is critical — and this is where you and your colleagues come in. You will play a key role in ensuring that safety is not just a requirement, but a natural part of how we operate every day. * Act as the Health & Safety representative within the operating unit * Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Site Management System * Drive improvements in workplace safety and ways of working * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and internal requirements * Support and strengthen Stegra’s behavior-based safety approach * Partner with the line organization to enable ownership of health and safety responsibilities * Support incident investigations, follow-up actions, and reporting to relevant authorities * Contribute to hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of control measures What you’ll bring You’re someone who puts safety first in every situation. You understand that strong safety performance comes from a combination of structure, awareness, and everyday behaviors. You’re pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to turn requirements into practical actions that work in real operations. About the role We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Birmingham. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play an important part in ensuring that our specialist alloy materials are received, processed and delivered to customers safely, accurately and on time. You will be involved in both warehouse operations and material processing, working with customer orders from receipt through to dispatch. The role combines practical warehouse work with quality control, stock management and production-related activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic working environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You will report to the Managing Director and work closely with colleagues across Sales and Quality to ensure an excellent customer experience. Your mission is to help ensure that materials are handled safely, processed accurately and delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, traceability and workplace safety.
