We offer As Network Team Lead, you combine a solid technical background with team coordination and service ownership in a global environment. You lead a team of network specialists based in Gothenburg and Wroclaw, creating clarity around priorities, responsibilities, and ways of working. By staying close to daily operations, you support the team’s delivery, remove obstacles, and ensure steady progress. At the same time, you contribute to continuous improvements and the ongoing development of our Network Services area. Working closely with architects, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and partners, you help drive the development of our services across LAN, Wireless Networking, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Remote Access, Firewalls, and Network Security. You follow up on KPIs and SLAs, drive improvements through Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and contribute to budgeting, service planning, and cost optimization together with IT leadership. About You You have a solid background within networking and enjoy helping teams succeed. You create structure, support others, and keep a clear focus on delivery and continuous improvement. You are comfortable discussing technical solutions as well as aligning priorities with stakeholders across the business. We believe you have several years of experience working with enterprise networking, with knowledge in areas such as LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or network security. You have a background in leading or taking responsibility in a team or delivery context, for example as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, Senior Specialist, or similar. Even if you are not working hands-on daily, you have a strong technical foundation that allows you to support the team and make informed decisions. Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks, a bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience, and fluency in Swedish and English are required. Experience with Agile ways of working, ITIL, ServiceNow, and Jira is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you have proven leadership experience, strong financial understanding, and experience managing budgets and service-based delivery models. You hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or have gained equivalent experience throughout your career.
