The role: We're looking for a Content Creator who understands content as a system – not just individual assets. You'll work at the intersection of video, design, communication, and AI, with a strong focus on editing, adapting, and scaling content across channels. You'll collaborate with both B2C and B2B clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where content is continuously iterated, optimized, and refined. Working closely with creatives, strategists, and activation specialists, you'll create communication that performs, resonates, and evolves. AI is integrated into our workflow, and we're looking for someone with proven experience and genuine interest in using AI to improve quality, efficiency, and creative production. What You'll Do Create, edit, and adapt content across social media, digital platforms, film, campaigns, and print – with motion-based formats as a core focus. Design, animate, and edit using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Adapt and version content efficiently for different channels, formats, and markets. Maintain visual consistency and quality across all outputs while staying updated on platform trends and behaviours. Translate brand guidelines into engaging, channel-adapted content. Proactively explore new creative approaches and AI-driven solutions to solve client challenges. Collaborate comfortably across teams with different roles and perspectives. Who You Are A Content Creator with a strong portfolio demonstrating motion, editing, and design skills. Curious and genuinely interested in clients' businesses, audiences, and communication challenges. Confident in design, layout, visual communication, and motion editing. Strong collaboration skills and experience working across teams and/or with different stakeholders. Clear and adaptable communication skills. A constructive, solutions-oriented mindset. Motivated to develop with AI and explore how it can improve creative workflows. Experience & Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign). Solid experience with Figma. Proven experience in print production and print-ready design. Experience using AI tools in creative workflows. Strong understanding of omni-channel communication and channel-specific adaptation. Interest in content writing is a plus. Job Summary As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be a technical pillar for the team, providing the architectural vision and the hands-on expertise needed to ensure the long-term health and evolution of our soundtracking features. We’re looking for a leader and a collaborator. You aren't just an expert in React; you’re someone who thrives on mentoring others, refining engineering standards, and bridging the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences. You take ownership of the "how" and "why" behind our technical decisions, ensuring our web application remains scalable as we grow. Responsibilities Lead & Architect: Drive the technical direction of soundtracking features together with the team, ensuring we build scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend systems. Mentor & Multiply: Actively mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural workshops to elevate the team's collective skill set. Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure technical feasibility is baked into the roadmap. Technical Excellence: Champion best practices in modular design, testing, and documentation, keeping our codebase healthy and our deployment pipelines efficient. Performance & Reliability: Take a proactive approach to monitoring and optimizing the web application, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. Requirements Expertise: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a deep mastery of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Leadership: Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to deployment and a track record of mentoring other engineers. Systems Thinking: A strong ability to design modular systems and an understanding of how frontend architecture impacts the broader ecosystem. Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. It would also be music to our ears if you have: Web Media Proficiency: Experience working with technologies such as the Web Audio API, WebGL, and video codecs. Full-Stack Fluency: Experience with backend frameworks or deep knowledge of GraphQL. Tooling & Infrastructure: Experience managing monorepos, compilers/bundlers, and sophisticated CI/CD pipelines. Product Growth: Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
