Create work people actually want to watch.
Most content gets ignored.
We're not interested in making more of it.
At Core Social, we've built our offering around a simple belief.
Brand gets you remembered.
Performance gets you results.
Attention Plus makes both possible.
Because in a world where everyone is creating content, attention has become the most valuable thing a brand can earn.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Senior Social Creative to join our multi-award-winning Social Content team, working with some of the biggest
brands in Ireland and beyond.
Someone who believes social deserves big ideas, always-on ideas and most importantly, ideas that connect brands with real life
people across social platforms each and every day.
Someone who understands that the best work doesn't interrupt people—it earns their attention.
Someone who's as obsessed with the trials and tribulations of life in Ireland as they are creativity.
The Opportunity
This is about raising your craft and passion to the next level to be part of a team that is working to shape the future of social
creative.
Working closely with our Content & Community Lead & Head of Social Creative, you will lead the ideation, creation and
implementation of social-first campaigns and ideas, ensuring that all assets and work created is tailored to each platform and
audience.
You’ll be tapped into what’s next across social, what talent is making a splash, and which format is truly winning attention. And
your work will be underpinned by a dedication to delivering content with compelling social first design and copy.
You'll be part of defining what great social creativity looks like – not just for Core Social, but for our clients too.
What You'll Do
Develop & Deliver Social Creative that Cuts Through
You'll work alongside our Head of Social Creative to deliver and implement social-first ideas across our client portfolio.
From always-on content platforms to integrated campaigns, you'll create ideas that people actually want to watch, save and share,
and you’ll be in charge of bringing these ideas to life through concepts, scripting, copy, design and working with production
across video concepts.
You’ll be equally comfortable in front of the camera as you are on a laptop, and speak fluent social, helping our clients to
reach, engage and entertain their target audiences.
Not because they've been targeted.
Because they're worth paying attention to.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a strong social content creative who has at least 4-5 years’ in creating social content and creative that cuts
through across video, content calendars and creator collaboration.
You should have had experience in an agency, freelance or brand environment, and a strong portfolio that showcases your work from
big social creative campaigns to delivering always-on content calendars and collaborations.
Ideally, you should have proven experience in delivering copy and social-first design and have experience in working across
photoshop, Canva, AI tools and a working knowledge of After Effects and/or CapCut
Ideating and scripting for video must be shown, and we’d love to see your evidence of how you craft a hook and approach that’s
tailored to a social-first viewer.
As part of the ideating and planning process, you should be experienced at publishing, writing, and managing always-on social
content for clients, along with presenting to client teams to help maintain and build strong relationships.
Staying curious and up to date on trends and new formats across social is a must, as is the ability to think on your feet and work
within a fast-paced environment.
Why Core Social?
We're building something different.
A specialist social offering where strategy, creativity, creators, community and performance don't compete – they make each other
better.
A place where ideas move quickly.
Where experimentation is encouraged.
Where social-first thinking influences everything we do.
And where ambitious people get the opportunity to shape what's next.
We're not looking for someone to fit into Core Social.
We're looking for someone who'll help define what Core Social becomes next.
If that sounds like your kind of challenge, let's talk.
