RBT Floor Supervisor Wanted!
The RBT Floor Supervisor is a critical leadership role within the RBT Rise Program, responsible for
supporting the clinic floor operations and the development of the RBT team. This role is designed
for experienced Lead RBTs, ready to transition into a leadership role that focuses on mentorship,
clinic organization, and team development. The RBT Floor Supervisor will not have a consistent
client case load and will ensure that RBTs receive the guidance, resources, and support needed to
deliver high-quality ABA services.

Position Summary: * Performs technical support to customers at their manufacturing facilities including machine tool troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electro-mechanical systems, subsystems and components. * Professionally interacts with customer personnel including shop floor maintenance technicians, supervisors, and machine operators. Effectively communicates to remote support staff at Gleason including service team members, supervision, and engineering to gather technical information. Professionally and thoroughly document troubleshooting steps, findings, and repairs implemented. Actively communicates status and planned next actions to customers, keeping them informed of repair status. * Performs extensive travel domestically and internationally including multi-week deployments for service projects and/or machine installations. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness in all actions and personal behaviors. Continually apply a high level of personal accountability to drive closure to customer issues. * Work interdependent with customer personnel, 3rd party electricians, mechanics, millwrights, senior Gleason service or application engineers and other skilled trades to complete tasks of a project and/or machine tool cell installations. * Perform service and travel activities according to company policies and safety standards. Understand and practice governing safety requirements within Gleason facilities and/or those in affect at customer plants. * Continuously improve personal and technical skills to service machines to customer’s satisfaction by keeping current with product technology as measured by ability to troubleshoot various machine models. * Trouble-shoot, repair, and replace electrical systems and sub-systems with a sound understanding of complex circuitry including components such as; CNC drives/amplifiers, servomotors, PLC’s, glass scales, rotary encoders, safety switches, and similar electrical/electro-mechanical components employed in advanced machine tool systems. * Communicate, both verbally and in written format(s) the status of machine trouble-shooting, repair, and operation professionally. Manage on-site (at customer) interactions, using a fact-based communication style including detail of accomplished tasks, results, next steps, and associated timelines for next activities. * Provide coaching and informal training to customer personnel regarding the efficient and effective use and maintenance of Gleason products. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): * Basic Computer skills including use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to use Concur web-based online expense reporting system to reconcile weekly expense bills in accordance with Corporate expense policy. Ability to use SAP quality system tools (ITL’s and OSAR’s) to report machine issues during the commissioning of machine tools. * Highly precise and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally to customer maintenance and management personnel as well as internal Gleason technical personnel. * Self-starter and motivated with the ability to manage various phases of troubleshooting, repair, and reporting in an environment of high urgency and multiple priorities. * Assertive, creative, decisive, and self-confident with a professional appearance and demeanor leading to the development of sound customer relationships and mutual respect. * Detailed working knowledge of blueprint and schematic reading for hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems with complexity typical of CNC machine tool applications. * Excel at “hands-on” troubleshooting and repair of machine tool systems. * Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of work. Preferred Education/Training/Experience: * Associates Degree (A.S.) from an accredited two year technical program, Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) considered a plus. * 3year(s) related experience in CNC machine tool trouble shooting, repair and/or maintenance function. Profile Summary Reporting to the Director of Operations, the primary purpose of the Production Manager is the execution of daily production plan in the aircraft manufacturing and assembly operations. Directly accountable to manage, coach and lead resources to meet production plan as well as takt time, including managing priorities, employee performance and behavior. Accountable for the execution of Manufacturing Operation System (MOS) including daily floor meetings, resources management, Work order (WO) completion, ensure all employees are trained and follow safety policies, quality procedures and housekeeping (5S). The Production Manager is a key member of the management team who works closely with the Operations Director, Production Personnel and all support staff to ensure aircraft completion is achieved on time and budget. Key Responsibilities: • Execution of Manufacturing Operation System principles by assigning / setting up daily expectation by area and employees (target vs. actual) confirm expectations have been met on daily basis • Implement and maintain visual standard work in the production flow line • Measure and report on daily basis activities performed by stage (target vs. actual) • Define and set safety standards and expectations to ensure all employees follow safety policies; participate in hazard risk assessments as well as safety policies and legislation • Anticipate and react to potential production interruptions and aid in recovery to minimize production loss • Perform incident investigations within timelines specified by the safety policy • Coach / provide feedback as necessary to improve production and quality levels of all employees • Confirm that all employees follow approved documentation as per “Quality Management System (QMS)” as well as proper completion of paperwork • Lead, implement, ensure and manage time attendance policy • Engage, propose and lead implementation of “ideas / improvements” on the production shop floor • Accountable for leading and managing employee’s performance and behavior • Confirm that all employees are trained and capable to perform their duties • Perform any other related project or task as required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field • 5 + years of manufacturing management and supervisory experience • Provide leadership, direction, mentorship and on the job training to production employees, while creating a positive work environment • Previous manufacturing management experience • Lean manufacturing or project management is considered an asset • Superior planning and trouble shooting skills • Experience in facilitating meetings, training, etc.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Fitness Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, program development, and Associate leadership of the fitness floor, group exercise, water fitness, and personal training services within the assigned Family Center. This role provides direct supervision to fitness coaches, group exercise instructors, and personal trainers, ensuring excellence in member experience, staff engagement, and program quality. The Fitness Director is accountable for member engagement and retention strategies tied to fitness programming, personal training, and group exercise, with a focus on developing innovative programs that meet the diverse needs of the communities served. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operational Leadership: * Oversee fitness floor operations, group exercise classes, water fitness programs, personal training, small group training, and chronic disease prevention initiatives. * Ensure all fitness services operate efficiently, align with YMCA mission and standards, and consistently deliver high-quality experiences. * Utilize participation and engagement data to analyze trends, identify gaps, and implement solution-driven scheduling and programming adjustments. * Manage all scheduling for personal training, small group training, fitness floor staff, group exercise, and water fitness classes. Associate Leadership and Development: * Hire, onboard, and supervise fitness coaches, personal trainers, and group exercise instructors across assigned centers. * Conduct regular performance management activities, including biannual evaluations, coaching sessions, in-service trainings, and professional development planning. * Ensure all Associates meet compliance standards, including active CPR/First Aid certification, national fitness certifications, and Association onboarding protocols. * Manage associate timesheet approvals and payroll processes in Dayforce and certification tracking in ClubConnect. Program Development and Member Engagement: * Lead the implementation of new fitness programming to meet community needs, including hospital partnerships, wellness initiatives, and member engagement programs. * Develop and grow small group training and personal training offerings to increase participation and improve retention. * Support cross-department collaboration to align fitness initiatives with membership goals and community engagement efforts. Marketing and Communication: * Collaborate with center leadership teams to utilize member feedback and participation data in strategic planning. * Partner with the Marketing Department to promote fitness programs through social media, digital platforms, and in-center campaigns. * Support virtual fitness platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery and sound performance, and recruiting new instructors to sustain virtual and in-person group exercise offerings. Metrics and Reporting: * Track and report on key performance indicators including: * Number of individual personal training clients * Small group training participation * Net percentage growth in personal training services * Personal Training loyalty client retention rates * Group exercise class utilization (participants vs. building scans) * Average class attendance by center * FitQuest wellness appointments * Ensure accuracy of class attendance records and data entry. Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills required to perform well; uses best practices and demonstrates up-to-date knowledge QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or related field preferred. * Current national certification in Personal Training (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA) or Group Exercise (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or equivalent) required. * Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required. * Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in fitness, wellness, or health promotion programs. * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team leadership skills. * Demonstrated ability to analyze participation data and adjust programs strategically. * Experience in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing part-time and full-time fitness staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative platforms (Dayforce, ClubConnect, or similar systems).
