REQUIREMENTS: ✔ Experience as a carpenter (experience on cruise ships or offshore vessels is an advantage) ✔ Polish language or good English skills ✔ Hot Work certificate (mandatory) Scope of work:​ • Ceiling panel installation • Top cladding of all decks • Installation of ship interior fittings • Suspending ceilings on decks • nstallation of wall profiles • Interior finishing work on vessels We offer:​ • Start in august 2026 • Work schedule: 4/2 rotation • Salary dependent on experience • Free accommodation • Meals provided • Flights paid by the employer • Stable, long-term project • Support from an Adecco consultant throughout the entire period Employment About you​ We are looking for you to describe your background, experience, education, etc. in running text. Wharton-Smith, Inc. currently has immediate openings in W. Columbia, SC; Florence, SC; Sanford, NC; Asheville, NC for a carpenter position (Form & General). We offer a competitive salary and field benefits.   Successful Candidates must have:   * No minimum education required. * Must have 3 years’ experience. * Must have construction experience. * Must have experience with installing and removing concrete forms. * Must have experience with commercial hand tools and power tools. * Ability to work outdoors in heat and direct sunlight for 8+ hours per day. * Must have transportation to get to job site.   Preferred Skills: * High School diploma and on-the-job training preferred.
