Ulmo AS is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor -- Water & Sewer Infrastructure to manage the daily execution of water and sewer infrastructure (VA) projects in Norway.
In this role, you will lead on-site project teams and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. You will work closely with project management and skilled technicians at various project locations throughout Norway.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on leadership, project responsibility, and working in dynamic infrastructure environments.

The Laborer is responsible for assisting our Jet Vac team in providing prompt, reliable and safe services to its’ customers, by cleaning & inspecting sewer & storm water structure. Work also includes highway / roadway maintenance. Job Responsibilities: * Provide physical labor and assistance to crew * Operate Jet Vac/CCTV and related equipment to clean sewer/storm systems * Provide excellent customer service and communicate with site managers to alleviate any customer concerns * Wear proper and required PPE * Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted and maintain quality of work * Track completed tasks and/or routes * Exercise extra caution during inclement weather * Report any equipment failures, near misses or accidents to Lead or Supervisor within 8 hours * Over-night travel may be required * Perform all other duties as assigned Job Requirements: * Valid Driver’s License * High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work. * Requires work performed in outdoor environments/Exposure to variable and adverse weather conditions. * Exposure to noise, vibrations, jarring, fumes grease oil & chemicals. * Active, physical work involving occasionally; lifting (50+ lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, reaching. Frequently, walking, standing, and driving and operating equipment for extended periods of time. * Requires focus adjustment, depth perception, clear close & distant vision. Use of ear, eye, and other safety equipment. * Requires regular use of hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. * Requires regular use of eyes, shoulders & neck to monitor vehicle mirrors & back-up camera. With an open-door policy for feedback and a commitment to growth and diversity, you can make a meaningful impact on yourself, your teammates, and the community. *effective date of benefit dependent upon tenure of employment Maintenance Supervisor Job Duties: Lead team of Maintenance Technicians while completing hands on maintenance work Manage to an established budget without sacrificing quality of work Establish and maintain relationships with vendors Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing a simple water leak Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI’s, understanding lightbulb wattage, replacing breakers and fuses, replacing outlets and light switches Carpentry work such as building stairs and ramps, framing doors and windows, installing landscaping timbers Additional residential repairs including replacing/installing floors, installing siding and skirting, installing/replacing doors and windows, drywalling and painting Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities’ standards which includes: Picking up trash around the community Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding/weed eating, etc Complete clean outs of homes Read water meters for each home Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet Complete day to day duties with minimal supervision Adhere to all safety laws and regulations Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies Other duties as qualified and trained to do so **Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy. Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: Proven experience leading a team of 2+ team members or managing multiple vendor agreements/relationships 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial property maintenance OR in a technical field such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping 3+ years of experience in some of the following: carpentry, painting (indoor/outdoor), flooring, drywalling, installing windows and doors, roofing, or framing Successfully managed maintenance budget and was focused to saving dollars without sacrificing company standards or quality of work Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds Willing to work outside in all weather conditions Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license **Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
