About Insify
Insurance infrastructure is brutal to get right. Every carrier has its own spec. Every product has its own underwriting rules. Every country has its own regulatory requirements. Most insurers solve this by throwing people and processes at the complexity: one-off integrations, workarounds stacked on workarounds, and systems held together by tribal knowledge. The result is a tech stack that makes every new product slower and harder to launch than the last.
We chose a different path. We built GRID: a configurable insurance platform that absorbs that complexity once, correctly, so that launching a new product or entering a new market is a configuration exercise. Every policy issued, every renewal processed, every carrier integration across NL, FR, DE – and every country we expand into next – runs on it. It is the infrastructure that makes Insify scale.
Insify is a high-growth scale-up backed by €43Mfrom investors like Accel, Munich Re Ventures, and Formula 1 champion Nico Rosberg. In five years, we’ve expanded from the Netherlands into France and Germany, and we're just getting started. Our mission: become the European leader in AI-powered SME insurance.
We aren't just building a company; we're leading a revolution. Our culture is intense, high-stakes, and mission-driven. We hire smart, ambitious "owners" who possess a relentless drive to win. This is an environment for those who thrive on challenges, value intellectual honesty, and share our mindset of becoming a global category leader.
Our founding team consists of seasoned entrepreneurs who have previously built iconic businesses like HelloFresh, Bloomon, and SumUp. We combine that deep fintech and e-commerce expertise with cutting-edge AI to stay ahead of the curve.
