The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll support
the kitchen with setting up strong mise‑en‑place and confidently running your section in a busy service environment.
You’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the menu in line with company standards, while ensuring
high levels of food quality and consistency. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining hygiene, safety, and the correct
use of kitchen equipment and utensils.

Colaborarás con el Chef de Partie para asegurarte de que las responsabilidades designadas siempre se completen correctamente y de manera oportuna de acuerdo con los estándares, políticas y procedimientos de nuestra empresa. * Participar activamente en la producción diaria de la cocina para los distintos outlets, eventos, etc. * Preparar la cocina y el puesto antes del servicio. * Preparar, marinar, cortar y precocinar todos los alimentos listos para el servicio. * Seguir recetas, controles de porciones, especificaciones de emplatado y presentación para ofrecer platos consistentes y de alta calidad. * Asegurarse de que el equipo de cocina se utilice con cuidado y siempre esté bien mantenido. * Asegurarse de que todos los alimentos se manejen correctamente de acuerdo con las prácticas, políticas y procedimientos APPCC. * Comunicar a sus responsables si algún equipo no funciona correctamente, o si falta material de cocina o productos, etc. * Reponer todos los artículos según sea necesario a lo largo del turno. * Limpiar, desinfectar y mantener la sección y garantizar que se cumplen todas las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. * Mantener y utilizar correctamente todo el equipo. * Asistir a las reuniones periódicas del equipo para informarse de cualquier cambio en el menú o en el servicio, así como a las degustaciones diarias. * Supervisar, guiar y formar a otros cuando sea necesario. * Apoyar al equipo cuando sea necesario. * Desarrollar y mantener relaciones positivas, productivas y profesionales con el equipo, tratando a todos con amabilidad y respeto. * Abordar la función de manera profesional, dando ejemplo a los demás en términos de apariencia, disciplina y conducta. * Realizar cualquier tarea que le sea asignada por el Chef de Partida, Sous Chef y Chef Ejecutivo. ¿Qué buscamos en un demi chef de partie?.. El Demi chef de Partie seleccionado para Soho Farmhouse Ibiza tendrá idealmente hasta 2 años de experiencia en una concurrida cocina de alto perfil y un instinto natural para el servicio de primera clase. You will be instrumental in preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes in line with the club’s food philosophy. Your main responsibility is to demonstrate technical expertise, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a proactive attitude towards training, hygiene, and consistency. A successful Senior Chef de Partie for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. * Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity * Passion for food, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow. * Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Positive, proactive, and respectful attitude in a busy kitchen environment. * Culinary qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 1 or 2) is a plus but not essential. * Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School * Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed * Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
