As the Ecommerce Manager for DACH & ROW, you are responsible for driving commercial growth across Travix’s direct-to-consumer
business in the region. You combine strong market understanding, commercial thinking, and a growth mindset to identify and unlock
opportunities across traffic, conversion, partnerships, and new customer acquisition channels.This role reports directly to the
E-Commerce Director.
You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, CRM, Pricing, Partnerships, Brand teams to build
market-specific growth plans, optimize commercial performance, and explore new revenue and acquisition opportunities. With a
strong focus on the German market, you translate consumer, competitor, and market insights into clear initiatives that drive
sustainable growth, margin improvement, and stronger brand performance.
The main goal of this role is to drive sustainable growth across DACH & ROW by identifying market opportunities, building strong
growth plans, expanding customer acquisition channels, and creating commercial opportunities through data-driven execution,
partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships Marketing Intern to join our global online marketing team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of content marketing and partnerships, supporting international campaigns across multiple markets. As the E-Commerce & Pricing Analyst, you play a key role in driving growth and profitability across Travix’s direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel. You support the E-Commerce Director and wider Direct team with data-driven insights and recommendations across website performance, pricing, conversion, revenue, campaigns, and contribution margin. Working closely with teams across E-Commerce, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, and Supply, you turn complex data into clear business actions that help improve pricing competitiveness, optimize conversion, maximize ROI, and support smarter commercial decisions across our key markets. The main goal of this role is to drive commercial growth and margin optimization by delivering data-driven insights across pricing, demand, supply, conversion, portfolio performance, and market opportunities, while building scalable analytical capabilities through dashboards, forecasting, AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enable smarter pricing, revenue, and commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Deliver clear, data-driven insights across markets, channels, pricing, conversion, demand, supply, and key commercial performance drivers. * Drive margin optimization and commercial growth by analyzing demand- and supply-driven segmentation, portfolio performance, pricing opportunities, customer behavior, and market gaps using analytical models. * Conduct portfolio segmentation, gap analysis, price elasticity analysis, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities, pricing inefficiencies, and revenue improvement levers. * Build and optimize dashboards, forecasting models, and analytical frameworks, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to monitor key business KPIs, improve efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and support smarter pricing, commercial, and revenue-related decision-making across traffic, conversion, revenue, orders, pricing competitiveness, contribution margin, and profitability. What you bring to the table * 3–5 years of experience in data, business, e-commerce, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or performance analysis, ideally in e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, retail, or performance marketing. * Solid understanding of digital funnels, pricing dynamics, merchandising, conversion optimization, commercial KPIs, and profitability drivers. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect pricing, traffic, conversion, revenue, marketing activity, and margin performance. * Experience working with large datasets and translating complex analysis into clear business recommendations. * Familiarity with pricing analysis, revenue management, price competitiveness, elasticity, margin optimization, forecasting, or commercial planning is a strong plus. * Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI). * Basic to intermediate skills in SQL, Python, and/or R are a strong plus. Experience with rule-based machine learning models and time series analysis is an advantage. * Knowledge in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and standard reporting is a plus. * Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
