strategy across an international footprint spanning approximately 10 jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity for an
experienced tax professional who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, partnering with senior stakeholders to
support the company's continued growth and international expansion.

with ACT Group's response to evolving global tax developments, including OECD Pillar Two requirements, and help strengthen the

You will work closely with the rest of the Finance team, the Data Team and the COO to sharpen our financial insights, drive better decision-making, and scale our planning processes. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Partner with the Accounting team during month-end close to analyze variances, ensuring high data integrity and a deep understanding of actual vs. plan performance. * Own the end-to-end planning cycle, including budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and performance reporting. * Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. * Analyze financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes. * Partner with the COO and business leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and growth scenarios. * Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and meaningful variance analysis. * Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to support the company's growth and scalability.
