As our Senior Brand Manager NL, you will take full ownership of all brand-related activities for the Dutch market. Your ultimate
goal is to drive Brand Consideration and Brand Equity, deeply embedding our brand into Dutch culture.
This is not a traditional, siloed branding role. You will operate within a fast-paced, complex matrix organization, bridging local
execution with global strategy. We need a commercial, highly strategic marketer who possesses an elite track record in end-to-end
campaign management, exceptional agency governance, and specific expertise in driving high-converting D2C retail campaigns that

YOUR ROLE IN OUR STORY: As our Global Brand & Communications Manager, you will shape how ACT is seen, understood and experienced around the world. Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing, you will lead the global Brand & Communications function, manage a team of six and work closely with Executive Leadership and Commercial teams. ACT is evolving from a global leader in environmental commodities into a broader sustainability solutions provider. At this defining stage in our growth, you will help strengthen our market position, increase ACT’s visibility and build a trusted, differentiated brand. You will work with talented colleagues across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific to help organisations accelerate the transition from climate ambition to measurable action. Who you are: * You have 8+ years of professional experience working as an Art Director or Brand Designer (in-house, freelance, or agency). * You excel in the tools that make you an expert in art direction/brand design, with proficiency in Adobe CC, Keynote, Google slides, and Figma. * Your portfolio showcases your expertise in art direction and brand engagement, with examples of strategic and creative solutions.
