We're looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional writing craft. Someone who
can develop campaign ideas, shape brand narratives, and bring clarity to complex briefs through compelling storytelling.
You'll work closely with an Art Director partner, Designers, Strategists, and Social Creatives to develop integrated campaigns,
creative platforms, and content ecosystems for both Dutch and international brands. While your expertise lies in words, your
thinking extends far beyond copy. You understand how ideas come to life across channels, audiences, and touchpoints. You are a
proactive and digitally savvy creative, ready to generate original ideas that help our clients stay ahead. Your concepts will be
rooted in culture—focused on building brands rather than just adding to the noise.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building brands, loves solving creative problems, and can confidently move between

To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Senior German Creative Copywriter to join our talented Design team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week, Tuesday-Thursday). In this role, you'll own the voice of Grover across brand campaigns, performance marketing, CRM, and product surfaces. You'll report directly to the Head of Design and partner closely on the strategic direction of copy at Grover: tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and how copy supports both brand and growth goals. You'll also lead our AI copy stack, building and maintaining the prompts, style guides, and workflows in Gemini, Claude, Lokalise, and Contentful that let other teams self-serve high-quality copy. IN KÜRZE ... We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help scale the performance creative engine behind one of the fastest-growing DTC pet brands in DACH. Performance creative is one of the biggest drivers of our growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with performance marketing, content, and production to develop high-performing paid social and advertorial creative. You’ll help turn insights into concepts, concepts into ads, and ads into scalable learnings across the funnel.
