Joining this team means becoming part of our EMEA SEO community, a network of 40+ consultants spanning multiple offices across
Europe. We empower brands to grow through organic search in all its evolving forms. In this role, you’ll act as a high-level
strategic advisor for our key clients while serving as a cornerstone for the development of our craft. You’ll dive deep into
client needs, challenge their goals, and propose sophisticated, hands-on solutions that drive real business impact.
We’re looking for a specialist with a deep-rooted passion for the future of search (specifically GEO and Social search) who can
lead the way in these emerging areas. This role requires a strong strategic foundation combined with the execution skills needed

Our SEO team empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions. This role requires an advanced level of SEO expertise, strategic planning skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize SEO strategies and guide other SEO consultants effectively. You are a critical and analytical thinker, both curious and creative, with a solid understanding of SEO and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Growth Manager to drive Mentimeter’s organic acquisition strategy — making sure high-intent users find us, understand us, and convert through SEO, AI-era discoverability, structured content and localization. You’ll help define the next version of organic discovery at Mentimeter — shaping how we capture demand and stay visible when it matters most. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role: you’ll set the strategy and execute it by building and publishing indexable pages directly in our CMS using approved templates/components, while keeping a scalable content architecture across personas and markets. You’ll help shape how Mentimeter is discovered across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer experiences. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Own and execute Mentimeter’s SEO strategy: keyword intent mapping, topic clusters, internal linking, and technical foundations. * Improve discoverability through structured data and modern search practices, including AEO/SGE readiness. * Monitor performance (rankings, traffic, organic registrations) and iterate based on results and search trends. * Plan and lead global SEO content creation with Brand and Product Marketing (PMM), ensuring content matches user intent and business goals. * Build and publish search-optimized, indexable pages in the CMS (titles, headings, meta, canonicals, internal linking, and schema/hreflang where supported). * Maintain a clear, scalable content structure across personas, use cases, and markets — and keep internal linking healthy. * Lead localization efforts so translated content meets search standards and delivers real, unique value in each market. * Partner with CRO to improve conversion without compromising SEO fundamentals; scale winning treatments across templates and markets. * Track the organic funnel end-to-end and identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement, and registrations. Own the organic journey from discovery to registration, ensuring our search strategy attracts high-intent users — not just traffic. * Act as an internal voice of search, helping stakeholders understand important shifts in SEO, AI-driven discovery, and search behavior. YOU’LL COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH: * Website Growth Manager (priorities, goals, tracking, roadmap input) * Website Optimization / CRO (experiments on indexable pages, scaling winners) * Brand & PMM (themes, messaging, quality, and consistency) * Web PM & Developers (new templates/components, platform improvements) * Sales Enablement (enterprise personas/use cases and content needs) * Analytics (tracking validation, attribution, page-level reporting) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: You’re the kind of person who can zoom out and set a clear organic strategy — then zoom in and ship pages that perform. * Strong experience in SEO and content growth, typically at least 8+ years. * Deep understanding of technical + semantic SEO, internal linking, structured data, and localization fundamentals. * Proven track record growing organic traffic and converting that traffic into registrations and revenue. * Comfortable owning an SEO/content roadmap and delivering strategy + execution. * Confidence publishing directly in a CMS and ensuring content quality (with strong editorial judgment). * Collaborative, proactive working style across Marketing, CRO, Web, PMM, Sales Enablement and Analytics. * Strong commercial judgment: you know how to prioritize high-intent opportunities and focus on work that drives meaningful business impact, not just rankings. * Good understanding of how search is evolving, including AI-influenced discovery and answer-driven search experiences. Who are you: * The technical specialist: You have 8+ years of experience in high-growth digital companies, with a proven track record of scaling organic traffic into the millions. * AI-native: You understand the data science behind search. You have a working knowledge of how LLMs process information and how to leverage them for content scale. * The change leader: You are a strong communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and act as a central point of enablement, clearing bottlenecks to execute fast. * Data-fluent: You are proficient in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools, allowing you to move beyond "vanity metrics" and report on true pipeline contribution. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET: * SEO/AEO tools: High level mastery of Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven tools. * Data & analytics: GA4, GSC, SQL, and Google Tag Manager. * CMS expertise: Deep hands-on experience with headless CMS architectures like Contentful or other. * Technical excellence: Deep understanding of internationalization (hreflang at scale), site migrations, and page speed optimization.
