At Workwize, we’re revolutionizing how businesses support their global teams.
The rise of a global workforce has enabled companies to access a broader talent pool but has also brought logistical challenges,
such as local vendor availability, timely laptop delivery, equipment management, and local retrieval and storage. Workwize’s SaaS
platform, integrated with suppliers and warehouses worldwide, simplifies and automates the deployment, management, and retrieval
of IT hardware for distributed teams. Currently, Workwize facilitates fast, local deliveries in 100+ countries, supporting the IT
lifecycle for over 30,000 users and managing 100,000+ devices globally.

strategic projects that shape the future of Workwize. Whether it’s driving pricing or product expansion projects, conducting deep
market and competitor research, assisting with investor reporting, or stepping in to solve operational challenges – no two
projects are the same.
This internship is a unique opportunity to experience the fast-paced life of a startup, gain a holistic understanding of how a

WHO WE ARE Melotech is revolutionizing media and entertainment. We create art through technology for humans to enjoy. In just 24 months, our work has been heard, watched and loved for over 3 billion minutes worldwide. Founded by entrepreneur and investor Soheil Mirpour, we are backed by top VCs Cherry Ventures, Speedinvest and GFC, alongside world-class angels from firms such as Spotify, Blackstone and KKR. WHAT YOU WILL DO As our Founders Associate Intern, you'll be a right hand to our CEO and execute our strategy across all topics and areas. You tackle the critical questions: Where is the market going and how do we position ourselves to benefit? Which data can point us into the right direction strategically? And how do we scale our internal processes and systems for maximum success? Working fully autonomously alongside our founder, your decisions will directly influence our company's trajectory and success. On a typical day, your tasks may include: * Managing high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals * Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents while tracking KPIs and compiling performance updates * Conducting market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions * Supporting fundraising by creating pitch materials, organizing investor outreach, and maintaining partner relations * Streamlining workflows, improving operational processes, and handling recruiting at scale with the help of AI * Acting as a sparring partner for the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects across different areas of the business. WHO YOU ARE You're a strategic operator with deep analytical expertise. Your strength lies in translating a vision into an actionable plan while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. You've worked directly with leadership teams to drive critical initiatives and excel at communicating across engineering, product, and business functions. Typically, your profile will look like this: * Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university * Bring at least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from elite management consultancies, bulge bracket investment banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed, hyper-growth startups * Demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive executive-level decision-making * Are highly autonomous: you thrive when given minimal guidance and are trusted to independently lead and deliver multiple strategic projects under tight deadlines * Have a clear track record of working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact in scaling and strategy * Excel in high-pressure, performance-driven environments, consistently delivering beyond expectations. High stakes, fast pace, and constant change energize you, not drain you * Your colleagues consistently describe you as uncompromisingly hard-working, relentlessly ambitious, and fiercely persistent – you do not stop until the result is achieved * You are obsessed with music, video, or social media. It's part of your identity, not just a hobby, and you are eager to shape the future of this industry WHAT MAKES THIS EXCITING You are one of the first employees of an ambitious team, changing the world of media and entertainment. Being early means every decision you make shapes our trajectory. You're not a cog in the machine but the captain of your own ship, rewarded for performance and respected for leadership. Flat hierarchies mean that your voice matters, your ideas get implemented, and your impact is immediate. We pay competitive salaries and make you an owner of the business with equity. We work remotely to give you complete freedom over your life, while meeting regularly around the world for global offsites where we strategize, bond, and push boundaries together. WHAT THE PROCESS WILL LOOK LIKE We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP. Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage: 1. Online assessment: Motivational questionnaire and aptitude test - are you made for the job? 2. Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call - getting to know you 3. Take-home case study: Real-world project - showcase your skills and working style 4. Case interview: 90-minute case discussion - present and debate your results with a team member 5. Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO - going deep on all topics 6. Team interview: Individual or group interview with other team members - depending on position 7. Offer, Contract signing and Onboarding Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role.
