Player Account Management (PAM) Area covers everything related to the management of the player accounts, such as: * Account creation, verification, updates, and closure * Account authentication, controls, and security * User session management * Responsible Gaming    A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED WITH:  * Incident & Problem Management: Investigate system incidents, drive Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), and execute long-term remedial fixes. Proactively reduce the number of incidents caused by system changes. * Observability & Metrics: Define and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and success metrics for new initiatives. Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to achieve observability excellence. * Performance & Capacity: Identify and help resolve performance bottlenecks. Optimize infrastructure and code to maintain fast service, and conduct capacity planning to forecast future hardware or cloud resource requirements. * Availability & Change Management: Guarantee the Platform components remain highly reachable and functional for users. Oversee deployments to ensure new code does not disrupt the existing system.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Observability & Monitoring: Deep experience building dashboards and tracking SLAs/SLOs using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Splunk, or Loki. * Programming & Automation: Proficiency in scripting and coding to automate manual tasks (eliminate "toil") and build reliability tools. Strong skills in .NET, Python, Powershell or Bash are highly preferred. * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud: Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Containerization & Orchestration: Hands-on experience scaling and managing distributed systems using Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker. * CI/CD & Change Management: Familiarity with deployment pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Team City, Octopus) to ensure safe, automated rollouts that don't cause incidents. * Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), a calm approach to incident response, and the ability to lead blameless post-mortems. * AWS Cloud infrastructure, CDNs, and other various systems running in multiple data centres and environments * Cloud Application Load Balancer, preferably with experience on AWS ALB * Cloud DNS support such as AWS Route 53, GCP Cloud DNS, or Azure DNS * Experience with Microsoft SQL databases, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase is considered an asset.      WHAT WE OFFER * Monthly Allowance for Lunch * Private & Life Plan Insurance for you and your family * Team Building Budget * Annual Wellness Allowance * Corporate Travel Insurance * Events and initiatives both Local (Quarterly Meetings) and Global * Professional Development Programs & Internal Career Opportunities * Milestone Birthday     Much like a rollercoaster, life at Betsson Group is fast-paced, full of twists and turns, and always exciting. You will play a key role in ensuring that the team consistently delivers measurable business value while maintaining technical excellence.   A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * As a Tech Lead you will be part of the Sportsbook B2B & Integrations Value stream, participating in design, POCs and development of complex tasks and also a key person in the team who ensures a high-quality delivery by the developers. * Work closely with architects within the area to ensure that the architecture direction set is being communicated, aligned & implemented within the teams. * You will also be aligning with the other tech leads across the product development department to ensure the technical consistency, take ownership of and drive technical excellence initiatives within Sportsbook. * Identify technical improvements in the applications you are responsible for. * Validate technical improvements and help Product Managers prioritise such improvements * Be able to explain the benefits of technical improvements to both technical and non-technical audience. * You will also participate in development, testing, code reviews, bug fixing, implementing new features as well as maintaining and improving the existing functionality. * Help build our world class team, thus participating in technical interviews as well as coaching & mentoring engineers. * Stay up to date with technology, understand the benefits and use cases of a variety of technologies and be strategic in their implementation. We are looking for a Performance Architect to join our Sportsbook Technology organization and take end‑to‑end ownership of performance as a first‑class architectural concern across our platform. This role has a strong focus on frontend performance, while also requiring solid understanding of infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems, enabling close collaboration with other Architects, DevOps, and engineering teams. The Performance Architect will work across current and future Sportsbook initiatives, ensuring that performance, scalability, and responsiveness are built in by design, not treated as an afterthought. Previous Sportsbook or high‑traffic real‑time systems experience is considered a strong advantage. FRONTEND PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE * Drive best practices for frontend performance including (but not limited to):  * Rendering and hydration strategies * Asset loading, caching, and CDN usage * Web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, TTFB, LCP, CLS, INP, etc.) * Collaborate closely with frontend teams to review designs, implementations, and technical decisions from a performance perspective. * Partner with Solution Architects, Platform Architects, and DevOps to identify performance bottlenecks across: Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud and Kubernetes environments, APIs and backend dependencies * Contribute to architectural decisions and roadmaps to ensure long‑term scalability and performance sustainability. ANALYSIS, MEASUREMENT & IMPROVEMENT * Define and promote performance measurement standards, tooling, and dashboards. * Lead performance analysis, load testing, and capacity planning activities together with relevant teams. * Participate in incident reviews and root cause analysis, ensuring performance learnings are fed back into architecture and design. COMMUNICATION & ENABLEMENT * Act as a performance ambassador across the organization. * Communicate complex performance topics clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. * Mentor teams and help raise the overall performance maturity of the Sportsbook organization.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR TECHNICAL SKILLS * Strong experience with frontend performance engineering in large‑scale, high‑traffic systems. * Solid understanding of: * Web architectures and modern frontend frameworks * HTTP, networking fundamentals, caching, and CDNs * Cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) and containerized environments (e.g. Kubernetes) * Experience designing and reviewing systems with performance, scalability, and resilience in mind. ARCHITECTURAL & COLLABORATION SKILLS * Proven experience working in architectural or cross‑team technical roles. * Ability to influence architectural decisions without direct authority. * Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and architectural disciplines. COMMUNICATION * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to explain performance trade‑offs and recommendations clearly to engineering, product, and non‑technical stakeholders. * Experience working closely with multiple departments in a complex organization.
