We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Technical Implementation & Support Engineer to drive the integration, and
ongoing support of our software across the APAC region. At Nicolab, customer relationships are as critical as the technology
itself. You will build trust with hospital IT teams and clinicians, ensuring our deployments are smooth and hospitals gain maximum
clinical value from our solutions.
The role will initially focus on deep technical support and incident management for our live hospital clients. As you become an
expert in our systems, your responsibilities can expand to lead full-scale technical implementations for new hospital networks,
conduct technical discussions with customers, and become a trusted advisor for some of the region’s leading healthcare
organisations. You will work closely with our customer success and global technical teams to monitor system health, minimise the
impact on hospital IT resources, and provide actionable feedback to help our clients optimise patient care.

THE ROLE We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer based in Singapore to support customers and prospects across the APAC region, while also collaborating on global opportunities when needed. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success. You’ll work closely with prospects and customers throughout the sales processes, technical evaluations and onboarding journey, helping them understand how our solutions fit into their mobile security strategy. You are someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with customer interaction. You can explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and thrive in a highly collaborative, international environment. SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ALL DAY? * Support the Sales team during sales processes, demo’s, customer meetings, events and Proof of Concepts. * Guide prospects and customers through onboarding and implementation processes. * Help customers optimize their product setup and configuration to maximize value from our solutions. * Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey. * Assist with technical support and configuration-related questions in collaboration with Support and Engineering teams. * Deliver product demos and technical presentations to both technical and executive audiences. * Provide valuable feedback from customers and prospects back to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams. * Stay up to date with the latest developments in mobile security, reverse engineering, and application protection technologies. * Collaborate with international teams across different regions and time zones. THIS IS THE PERFECT JOB FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Experience in a Solutions Engineering, PreSales or similar customer-facing technical role with a SaaS or Software Product company. * Strong coding and technical troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken. * Experience working with Linux, Windows, and macOS environments. * Familiarity with Android and/or iOS application development. * Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle, Xcode, and mobile build processes. * An interest in mobile application security and cybersecurity concepts. * The ability to communicate technical concepts confidently to developers, architects, and business stakeholders. * A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. NICE TO HAVE * Experience within cybersecurity or application security. * Familiarity with our products (ProGuard, DexGuard, iXGuard, …). * Experience with reverse engineering and commonly used tooling. * Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as banking, FSI, or fintech. * Additional language skills in Mandarin/Chinese and/or Malay. The Role As a Solutions Engineer at Legora, you’ll act as a technical and strategic partner to our sales team, engineering team and prospective clients. You’ll help customers understand how Legora’s solutions solve their most complex technical challenges, lead technical discovery, create custom demonstrations, and support the end-to-end sales process. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role (preferably B2B). Experienced with having technical delivery discussions, responding technical questions coming from clients. Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and business decision-makers. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
