As our new Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our daily operations and implementation
of client campaigns, ensuring the continuous development of staff and operation services. More specifically, your tasks include:

5-12 employees and operate as the link between our various in-house departments.
We work closely together with our colleagues in Copenhagen (HQ) as well as our other 3 office locations in Toronto, Lisbon and San
Jose (Costa Rica). You will play a crucial part in growing our Bangkok office, work closely with your operations team, and report

MongoDB’s Marketing Technology team is seeking a Workfront & AEM Assets System Administrator to own and govern our workflow and digital asset management ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary system owner for Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, with responsibility for platform configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization across the Marketing organization. This individual will act as a strategic partner to marketing stakeholders, ensuring that workflows, asset management practices, and system integrations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to drive adoption and continuous improvement across both platforms. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin or Cork for our hybrid working model.
