As part of the Operations team, you belong to an e-commerce center of excellence and you will own the P&L of one or several of
YABA's portfolio Brands, ensuring growth and making a positive impact on our Customers' lives.

ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a TikTok & Social Commerce Analyst to join YABA's marketing team and own our organic and paid presence on TikTok across our brand portfolio (NaturaleBio, MatchaDNA, Incite Nutrition and others). This is a hands-on role at the intersection of content strategy, performance analytics, and social commerce. You'll work closely with our content creators, PPC team, and brand managers to grow our reach, build community, and drive measurable impact on sales. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TikTok is one of YABA's key growth channels. The best TikTok Analysts at YABA don't just track metrics, they connect content performance to business outcomes. They understand the algorithm, identify winning creative patterns, brief creators effectively, and are equally comfortable analyzing a data dashboard and scrolling the FYP to spot emerging trends. You'll bring rigor to a channel that moves fast, and you'll help us build a scalable, compliant, and high-performing TikTok presence. AS A MEMBER OF THIS TEAM YOU WILL * Plan, create, and publish organic TikTok content across YABA's brands, briefing creators and iterating based on performance. * Manage the affiliate and creator program end-to-end: recruiting, briefing, tracking performance, and ensuring compliant disclosure. * Own TikTok analytics and reporting across organic and paid, covering content, affiliate, TikTok Shop, and DTC attribution. * Master the existing toolstack (TikTok Ads Manager, Fastmoss, attribution tools) and build internal dashboards and trackers to close measurement gaps. * Optimize TikTok Shop listings and align with supply chain and commercial on availability, pricing, and launches. * Monitor category competitors and translate findings into actionable recommendations. * Automate process and data to validate metrics & strategy WHO WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE These are some of the traits we would want you to bring to the table: * At least 1 year of experience in a TikTok-focused role (analyst, social media manager, performance marketer, or similar), ideally in a DTC, e-commerce, or FMCG environment. * Deep familiarity with TikTok's algorithm, content formats (UGC, educational, entertainment, GRWM, POV, trending audio), and TikTok Shop mechanics. * Proficiency with TikTok Analytics and TikTok Ads Manager; experience with third-party attribution tools is a plus. * Strong analytical mindset. * Understanding of EU/UK advertising regulations and health claim restrictions in food and supplement categories is a significant plus. * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. * Proactive, self-starting personality, comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling company where ownership matters. * Genuine interest in health, nutrition, wellness, or organic food, you use these products, or you're curious about the category. In this role, you will identifying opportunities for improvement, defining business requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital initiatives that create measurable value.
