ROLE OVERVIEW Flexidao continues to expand its renewable energy portfolio management and analytics services. We are looking for a Senior Analyst, PPA & Renewable Power to help transform renewable energy, market and contract data into meaningful intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of renewable energy markets, data analytics and product innovation. You will work with data spanning renewable energy contracts, generation assets, market prices, settlements and portfolio performance across some of the world's largest clean energy portfolios. YOUR CHALLENGE By combining domain expertise, quantitative analysis and technology, you will develop new insights, methodologies and services that help clients better understand renewable energy performance and risk while contributing to the evolution of Flexidao's product offering. We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep curiosity for uncovering patterns, identifying opportunities and translating data into practical business value. Within your first year, you will: * Become a key contributor to Flexidao's renewable energy intelligence capabilities. * Develop new services and analytical methodologies that generate measurable value for clients. * Identify opportunities to automate and productize recurring analytical workflows. * Contribute to the development of new analytics capabilities. * Help establish Flexidao as the leading platform for renewable energy portfolio performance and risk intelligence. MUST-HAVES * 4+ years of experience in energy analytics, power markets, renewable energy, data science, quantitative analysis or related fields. * Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and renewable energy procurement structures such as PPAs and VPPAs. * Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong Python and data analysis capabilities. * Experience working with large datasets and building analytical models. * Experience using SQL and modern data analytics tools. * Comfortable leveraging AI tools and modern analytical workflows to improve productivity, accelerate research and enhance data analysis. * Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner. * Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. * Fluent in English. Our Sales Development Representatives generate qualified pipelines for high-performing field reps across the UK, France, Germany, and Italy — and we're now building the leadership infrastructure to take this to the next level.
