Esto incluye crédito a corto plazo (factoring, financiación de la cadena de suministro y préstamos) y soluciones de automatización de pagos. Con oficinas en Barcelona y Madrid, actualmente estamos buscando un Operations Specialist que quiera unirse a nuestro equipo en Barcelona. TUS TAREAS Como ya hemos dicho, tu misión principal será actuar como el punto de contacto directo y de referencia para clientes y proveedores, asegurando tanto la eficiencia diaria como una experiencia excelente, siempre velando por la seguridad de nuestras operaciones. Para lograr tu misión, harás: * Ser el punto de contacto principal para los clientes en la gestión, operativa y resolución de sus financiaciones del día a día. * Dar apoyo directo y guiado a los proveedores de nuestros clientes, facilitando al máximo las operaciones de confirming. * Revisar y asegurar que toda la documentación de los clientes esté siempre al día y conforme a nuestros estándares. * Garantizar la mejor experiencia para el cliente, equilibrando un servicio excelente con la estricta aplicación de los procedimientos internos para proteger a la empresa y evitar riesgos operativos. * Coordinar y colaborar estrechamente con otras áreas clave (como riesgos, legal o cobros) para asegurar que cada operación fluya sin fricciones. ¿CÓMO LO HARÁS? Reportarás directamente a nuestra Manager de Operaciones y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el resto de los equipos en Madrid, Barcelona y el resto de España. ¡Somos un equipo joven y dinámico que te espera con los brazos abiertos! What you’ll do: * Drive Merchant Activation: Proactively reach out to new merchants to guide them through their first transactions and ensure a seamless start with the SumUp platform. * Consultative Upselling: Analyze merchant profiles to recommend and sell additional SumUp products (such as the Business Account, Invoicing, or advanced hardware) that fit their specific business needs. * Outbound Engagement: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to activate accounts and re-engage merchants who haven't yet realized the full potential of our ecosystem. * Hit Growth Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly activation and upsell KPIs, directly impacting company revenue and your own commission-based earnings. * Feedback Loop: Act as the "voice of the customer," sharing insights from your direct merchant interactions with the Product and Marketing teams to improve the user journey. Flow Traders is looking for a new Senior Operations Specialist to join our Operations department. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading proprietary trading firm with an entrepreneurial and innovative culture at the heart of its business.   You will join the Flow Traders EMEA Operations team based in our Amsterdam office. We have an expanding product universe, covering all major asset classes. Our team covers a multitude of areas and follows the full trade lifecycle. As such, the opportunities to learn and grow are limitless within the organization. For this role, we are looking for candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle Office, or a related field, combined with good analytical and programing skills, as well as a a strong desire to continue learning and developing within this space.
