» Specific Job Overview
This is a unique hybrid role that will see you acting as the vital link between the Hardware Team and the Onsite Operations Team.
With responsibilities overlapping both hardware support and system operations, you will play a central role in ensuring cohesion
between these two pillars of the department. When onsite at tournaments, you won’t just contribute to the success of the event,
you’ll also be leading the way in how we manage and deploy kit, helping to refine our build-out processes and create a more
streamlined, integrated operation.
Your time will be split between our Basingstoke HQ and international tennis event, with the balance depending on the operational
demands of the tennis calendar. While the schedule will ebb and flow throughout the year, your flexibility and ability to adapt to
the rhythm of the tour will be key.
You will be part of the Tennis Operations Team, working closely with the Projects, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams. The Operations
Team is responsible for planning, maintaining, and delivering the resources required to execute events at the highest possible
standard, ensuring the right staff and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
The Tennis Department manages over £2 million worth of equipment across 200+ flight cases, deployed globally. With more than 30
tons of equipment moving across continents, tennis is one of the most logistically complex departments in the company.
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to ensuring that all equipment and related processes remain fit for purpose throughout
the year, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic improvements.

The Hardware Support role will manage the various hardware and kit demands of the Tennis department. You will take a hands-on
approach to deal with asset management and kit quirks as well as building and maintaining robust processes.
You will split your time between the Basingstoke office and attending events throughout the year. Time onsite will be essential
for gaining hands-on operational insight, with the goal of identifying and improving processes.

Within one of their test and development environments, they are now looking for a Lab & EMC Engineer to strengthen their capabilities within verification and compliance. In this role, you will work close to both hardware and testing, taking ownership of EMC-related lab activities. You will be involved in designing test setups, developing test methods, executing tests, and supporting engineering teams with technical expertise. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working practically in a lab environment while also contributing to structured, standards-driven development work. Key responsibilities Design and develop EMC test cases for systems and sub-components using LabVIEW with Q-Max as interface Create and maintain test documentation and manuals for EMC test methods Configure and develop test setups using existing lab equipment (e.g. PLC systems, I/O boards, inverters) or customized solutions Select and integrate sensors and hardware components for test environments Produce technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, drawings, and component specifications Take ownership of test planning within development projects Monitor and interpret updates in relevant EMC standards and support teams with guidance Execute EMC testing and compile test reports in line with applicable standards Support technicians and engineers during test execution with technical input and feedback To be successful in this role, we see that you have: Degree in electrical or electronics engineering Experience from development, automation/control systems and/or EMC testing Experience with CAD tools for schematics and/or PCB design Basic knowledge of MS Office 365 Fluent in English Valid driver’s license (B) As a person, you are open minded, honest, easy to deal with, willing to cooperate and learn, and ready to take initiative when it is missing from others.
