Dabei baust und pflegst du Datenpipelines, die Marketing-Daten aus verschiedenen Kanälen zusammenführen. APIs und Cloud-Technologien wie Google BigQuery, AWS oder MongoDB nutzt du für einen nahtlosen Datenaustausch. * Datenmodellierung & Analyse Du entwickelst und optimierst Datenmodelle, die Marketing-Kampagnen gezielter steuern. Dabei bereitest du Daten strukturiert für Visualisierungen und Dashboards auf. Durch die Implementierung von A/B-Tests und fortgeschrittenen Analysen verbesserst du kontinuierlich die Performance. * Tracking- & Tagging-Infrastruktur optimieren Du baust die Tagging-Architektur mit dem Google Tag Manager und anderen Tracking-Tools auf und entwickelst sie weiter. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass alle Daten über Performance-Kanäle (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic) hinweg konsistent und zuverlässig sind. Mit gezielten Tracking-Mechanismen machst du den Erfolg unserer Kampagnen messbar. * KI- und Machine-Learning-Modelle integrieren Du entwickelst automatisierte Entscheidungsmodelle, die datengetriebene Marketing-Strategien unterstützen. Machine Learning hilft dir, Kampagnen zu optimieren und Zielgruppen präziser zu analysieren. Gemeinsam mit Entwicklern und Data Scientists sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Infrastruktur zuverlässig und leistungsstark bleibt. #PROFIL * Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse & Automatisierung Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Datenanalyse, Marketing-Technologie oder Automatisierung. Python gehört zu deinem Werkzeugkasten, und du arbeitest sicher mit Bibliotheken wie Pandas, NumPy oder Scikit-learn. Zudem hast du Erfahrung mit Datenbanken und Cloud-Technologien wie Google BigQuery, AWS oder MongoDB. * Marketing-Technologie & Tracking-Expertise Du bist vertraut mit Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics und Server-Side-Tracking. Zudem kennst du dich mit Attribution-Modellen aus und hast Erfahrung mit der API-Integration sowie der Verarbeitung von Daten aus Werbeplattformen wie Google Ads, Facebook Ads oder Programmatic Advertising. * Technisches & analytisches Denken Du kannst komplexe Datenprozesse strukturieren und optimieren. Statistische Analysen und datengetriebene Entscheidungsfindung sind für dich keine Hürde, sondern ein fester Bestandteil deiner Arbeit. Außerdem entwickelst du gerne technische Lösungen, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten. * Kommunikationsstärke & Teamarbeit Du kannst technische Konzepte verständlich erklären und arbeitest gerne eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS Communication and storytelling * A proven ability to tell compelling stories and provide actionable insights using data. * Ability to address strategic business questions and inform decision-making with data. * Commercial approach - ability to understand the commercial imperatives behind the data needs Technical proficiency * Experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar analytical role. * Proven SQL and experience working with analytical reporting tools, e.g. Looker/Tableau/PowerBI. * Ability to work across a wide range of data sets, aggregate and interpret data, derive meaningful metrics and KPIs, and apply strong business acumen to shape insights and contextualise findings. * Thorough, inquisitive, with an eye for data quality. * Familiarity with data visualisation techniques. * Experience with A/B testing or Python for Data Analysis will be considered an advantage. Stakeholder management * Experience of stakeholder management; across both technical and non-technical departments. You will be working with product managers, marketing, editorial and other collaborators to identify business needs and clarify expected outcomes. * Ability to extract the true value and underlying business need from requests, including deciphering hidden user needs.
