We are seeking an experienced IT Support Lead to oversee and elevate the performance, reliability, and compliance of Unlimit’s internal IT services and support operations. In this role, you will manage global first and second line support teams and ensure that all internal services—from critical payment connectivity systems (SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, Mastercard, Visa, etc.) to core SaaS tools—are well-administered, secure, and cost-efficient. You will make sure every service is properly catalogued, auditable, and resilient, enabling smooth business operations across all regions and in compliance with diverse regulatory requirements.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our Data Office department and help us create clear, structured documentation for data, metrics, tools, and services. You’ll work on content such as data catalogs, metrics documentation, user guides, SDK documentation, and UI text – helping colleagues understand and take advantage of our data ecosystem. This role goes beyond writing. You’ll take ownership of a specific area, improve processes, lead documentation projects, support contributors, mentor junior writers, and help raise the overall quality of documentation throughout the department. WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE * Extensive writing experience within software, IT, or data-related domains. * Strong technical foundation and an understanding of software development concepts and workflows. * Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, developer tools, data tools, datasets, metrics, data catalogs, or other complex systems. * Experience with docs-as-code, Markdown or XML, and version control (specifically Git). * Excellent English and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and empathize with different highly technical audiences. * A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and move work forward. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, including an inclination toward mentoring, knowledge sharing, and improving how the team works. JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a data analytics professional to join our Data & Marketing Tech Team, to help improve measurement, analysis, and decision-making across complex data environments. This role combines data analysis, data research, and applied AI automation to work with multiple data sources, investigate business questions, and support reliable, scalable analytical workflows.  REPORTS TO * Team Lead of Data & Marketing Technology WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Analyze data to answer business questions, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights  * Research data across complex systems with multiple internal and external sources, understanding data flows, dependencies, and limitations  * Support experiment measurement and analysis, including A/B tests, incrementality studies, and creative testing  * Partner with marketing, product, and engineering on tracking requirements, measurement plans, and documentation  * Design AI-powered automations for insight generation, anomaly detection, data validation, and analytical workflows  * Help maintain data pipelines/semantic layers; ensure metric definitions and transformation logic are clean and well-documented  WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Educated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field * Hands-on experience with data analysis and automation (SQL + Python, BI tools, workflow automation)  * Proactive mindset and eagerness to grow practical AI skills (ML fundamentals, LLM tooling, data quality automation)  * Experience operationalizing LLM workflows (prompting, evaluation, guardrails) for analytics use cases  * Responsible, self-driven approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and communicate proactively  WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT? * Experience with warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake), dbt, Airflow, or similar  * Experience with product, marketing, or user behavior analytics, including funnels, cohorts, retention, attribution, LTV, experimentation, or similar measurement topics  * Familiarity with mobile attribution, analytics, or measurement platforms, as well as working with multi-source data integration  * Experience with predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression/classification, time-series forecasting, uplift/propensity modeling) and model evaluation  WORK MODE * Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)  * This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
