SUMMARY Natus Sensory is seeking a senior AI Architect to design and deploy a secure, scalable enterprise AI ecosystem that improves operational efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on building and deploying agentic AI solutions and copilots that integrate with core enterprise systems (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ERP, finance, and M365). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience delivering AI agents in production, particularly using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and modern AI orchestration frameworks. This is a high-impact role responsible for reducing manual work, preventing operational errors, and enabling AI-driven automation across business functions in a governed, compliant environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise AI Architecture (20%) * Design and implement a Microsoft-aligned enterprise AI architecture (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Power Platform) * Define scalable, reusable AI patterns across business functions * Establish reference architectures for enterprise AI adoption Agentic AI & Copilot Development (45%) * Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks * Develop enterprise copilots integrated with Salesforce, ERP, and M365 * Implement multi-agent workflows capable of: * Multi-step reasoning and decision-making * Cross-system execution via APIs * Build agent capabilities including: * Tool orchestration * Prompt engineering strategies * Memory/context management * Failure handling and fallback logic * Manage agent lifecycle using GitHub (version control, CI/CD) and enterprise deployment pipelines AI-Dirven Operational Transformation (10%) * Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Copilot Studio and comparable frameworks * Improve quote accuracy and pricing intelligence (Salesforce Revenue Cloud) * Detect and prevent order failures and integration errors * Automate reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries * Enable AI-driven email triage, summarization, and response drafting * Support forecasting, anomaly detection, and planning Secure AI & Data Integration (10%) * Integrate AI systems with:Salesforce (Revenue Cloud, CRM) * ERP systems (Oracle EBS or similar) * Finance and reporting systems * Build API-first, event-driven architectures * Implement secure AI orchestration layers (MCP-like or equivalent) * Ensure governed access to sensitive and regulated Data Governance, Security & Compliance (10%) * Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap * Act as a strategic advisor to IT and business leadership * Guide engineering teams on AI best practices and implementation * Evaluate and standardize AI tools, frameworks, and vendors * Drive cross-functional adoption of AI Collaboration & Communication (5%) * Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to end users and team members * Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels * Participate in global IT meetings and contribute to strategic planning Travel Required: You may be required to travel from time to time with this role.
