developing and maintaining technical and soft skills for Technical Support Engineers.
As a member of the Databricks Support Enablement Team, you’ll be responsible for (1) keeping up to date with the latest and
greatest that Databricks has to offer when it comes to Support, (2) work with our enablement team to fully understand the business
needs and requirements for Support, (3) create high-impact programs for Support, and (4) work with a team of technical enablement
specialists to curate and design content needed for programs.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Software Engineer with deep networking expertise to help shape the future of Databricks’ Networking Infrastructure. As one of the early members of the rapidly growing Bangalore site, you will play a critical role in defining the technical vision and architecture for next-generation network connectivity & observability services that will power & manage millions of VMs across multiple clouds. In this role, you will own and drive the design of large-scale connectivity platforms that form the backbone between Databricks’ control plane and compute plane.
