JOIN OUR TEAM As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, elevating hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. You will own the technical vision for our trading algorithms, drive the data science roadmap with the team, and deliver production systems that turn forecasts and optimization into revenue. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will spend your time on the hardest problems on the team: framing ambiguous trading challenges, designing systems that combine machine learning and optimization to deliver impactful results, and mentoring data scientists to raise the bar across the team.
