We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By
empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their
customers.
lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first
infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear
regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months.
As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: making investing in capital markets more accessible. By combining dwpbank’s
long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets’ technology-first mindset and speed, we are building a modern, modular
securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that
helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market.
At lemon.markets, you’ll own and grow partner/customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to launch, day-to-day operations,
and expansion. As our Senior Partner Manager, you’re the partner’s main point of contact and their strongest internal advocate,
orchestrating cross-functional teams to help partners build successful investment products on top of lemon.markets.
Our partner universe is currently evolving: alongside our direct business, where we typically work with fintechs and neobanks, we
were recently acquired by dwpbank and are now building a combined offering with them. This means we’ll be welcoming a new wave of
partners, with a strong focus on German banking partners, who will onboard through the joint motion and be supported by Partner
Management from day one.
Your role is to make this journey feel customer-centric, structured, and straightforward, while ensuring we meet the regulatory
and operational standards required to scale safely and sustainably.

ABOUT LEMON.MARKETS 🍋 We grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses, providing seamless access to capital markets. We enable everyone to be an investor. lemon.markets builds infrastructure for financial services and technology companies powering the next generation of investment products. From enabling a FinTech to launch their first investment product, over allowing e.g. a Neobank to embed investing into their product to bringing investing into a completely new context. Our API-first infrastructure makes launching an investment product customer-centric and compliant. We abstract all complexity for our partners through a well documented API, a self-service customer operations portal and operating in a clear regulatory framework. Enabling partners to launch in weeks, not months. We have experienced first hand that brokerage infrastructure is broken. Building an investment product used to be highly expensive, challenging and cumbersome. We ease this pain by shielding our partners & their customers from the underlying complexity - and with that we make investing more accessible to everyone. Because that’s exactly what we enjoy, going to places nobody else dares and solving hard problems. This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional (& diverse) people like you. YOUR MISSION: As Principal Product Manager (Enterprise), your core mission is to establish the product direction and strategic direction for our Enterprise product which is powered by the joint capabilities of lemon.markets and dwpbank. This is a high-impact, newly created role that sits across product strategy, product management and cross-organisational collaboration and drives opportunities from concept to launch and adoption. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive work autonomously with deep ownership, collaborating with the leadership team at lemon.markets and dwpbank, with our product organisation and our cross-functional domains and broader functions. This is a unique opportunity to shape our enterprise strategy, delivering a direct and measurable impact on our future growth. YOU WILL: * Shape and drive forward our Enterprise product by identifying, evaluating and prioritising customer needs through a deep understanding of the market, our organisational context, our existing capabilities and the new capabilities we need. * Take a critical view of current product opportunities, group opportunities and propose a clear roadmap and influence both lemon.markets and dwpbank to deliver it * Act as the primary product interface between lemon.markets and dwpbank for Enterprise opportunities, managing stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership. * Lead by example, demonstrating strong product craft across the product development lifecycle by providing clear product direction, clarifying scope, making key priority calls, distilling alignment and creating clarity on new product and partner launches. * Work cross-function and cross-domain across engineering, operations, compliance, risk and business development to scope solutions and ensure execution. * Support org-wide craft standards and build scalable frameworks for how Enterprise product work is structured, documented and measured. * Manage and develop your direct report, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality delivery. * Anticipate market and regulatory shifts that affect Enterprise opportunities and proactively adapt the strategy. * Drive decision-making with data, continuously forming hypotheses, running experiments and measuring impact. * Represent the product function externally with partners, vendors and enterprise clients where appropriate. YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF: * You bring 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record building and scaling complex, mission-critical platforms in financial services. * You have hands-on experience working in a highly regulated environment and understand what “regulated” means day-to-day (risk, compliance, controls, auditability). * You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple companies, create leadership-level buy-in, and drive alignment with a strong writing culture (clear docs, decisions, narratives). * You are based in Germany, have the right to work in Germany, and are professionally fluent in English and German. * You’re effective at bridging a fast-moving scale-up and a long-standing industry leader, working across organisational boundaries, diverse stakeholders, and different working cultures (your path into PM can have taken some twists and turns). * You shape product strategy across domains, find cross-domain opportunities, connect delivery to company strategy, and thrive on ownership, defining ambiguous problem spaces, creating structure where there is none, mentoring and developing others, working data-driven with measurable impact, and embracing change/experimentation (incl. leveraging AI) end-to-end. * You thrive on ownership and building from scratch. Defining a new problem space, creating structure where there is none and seeing it through to tangible results is what gets you going. How we take care of you: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. * 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more / leadership lemoneers work 7 days or more per month on-site in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. * 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously! You’ll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations as well as an annual learning budget. * 🌱 People & culture: You’ll feel our culture in the small things, like polaroids from our lemoneers’ first day, Friday food market strolls at Maybachufer, and our monthly new-joiner breakfast. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. * 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. * 🏝 Workation: Get out of here! WHAT ARE THE MAIN PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES IN THIS ROLE? We’re hiring a (Senior) Operations & AI Lead to bring structure, scale, and AI-driven leverage to how AVOW runs. This is a builder’s role: you’ll shape how the company works day-to-day and how we use AI to do more with less. You’ll drive operational excellence across the business, process, tooling, cross-functional coordination and you’ll lead AVOW’s AI implementation from concept to deployed reality. You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with the wider Senior Leadership team. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Operations * Drive operational efficiency across the company, identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, and help build the operating system that lets AVOW scale without proportional headcount growth. * Partner with C-level peers to align cross-functional priorities and unblock operational dependencies. * Partner with the Product team on tool and platform rollouts, serving as the operational bridge between what's built and how it gets embedded into team workflows * Own the post-launch phase of any tool or process implementation: monitor adoption, collect feedback, troubleshoot friction, and iterate — success is measured by actual usage, not deployment * Scope to take on people leadership as the operations function grows. AI Strategy & Implementation * Shape and execute AVOW’s AI strategy, where we use it, where we deliberately don’t, and what we expect from it commercially and operationally. * Partner closely with our Data Protection Officer to develop and maintain AI policy and ensure compliance with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and internal data governance standards. * Design, build, and govern internal AI workflows that automate manual processes across the company. * Set the standards for quality, oversight, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-driven outputs. * Upskill the organization through workshops, playbooks, and reusable templates that make AI usable for non-technical colleagues. WHAT ARE THE STRENGTHS, TRANSFERABLE SKILLS, AND BEHAVIORS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE? * 5+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project management, or a comparable role, ideally in a tech or digital company. * A demonstrated track record of designing and implementing AI or automation initiatives that delivered measurable business impact (cost, time, or quality). * Comfortable operating cross-functionally with C-level peers in an international, fast-moving environment. * Hands-on enough to build the first version yourself; strategic enough to design the next ten. * A sharp commercial instinct, you measure success in business outcomes, not output volume. TECH FAMILIARITY You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable with the modern AI and automation stack: LLMs (Claude, Gemini), workflow orchestration (n8n, Make), and lightweight scripting (JavaScript, JSON). VS Code or a similar IDE is part of your daily toolkit. Two notes before you apply: 1. We know that individuals who identify as women, trans, or non-binary tend to hesitate to apply for a role unless they meet almost all the requirements. If that resonates with you, we want to be clear: we're more interested in your potential than your ability to tick every box. Apply anyway. 2. On compensation — at AVOW, pay is structured around a clear grade and level framework, with decisions based on objective criteria: your experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and role-specific requirements. We're transparent about how we make these decisions and will be discussing the details from our very first engagement. WHAT DOES OUR HIRING PROCESS LOOK LIKE? 1. Intro call: A casual chat with our TA team to learn more about you and give you a real feel for who we are and what we're building. 2. Deep dive: A more in-depth conversation with your future hiring manager. Expect an honest discussion about the role, the team, and what success looks like. 3. Problem-solving + presentation: Time to show your thinking. You'll work through a real challenge and share your approach with the team. 4. Meet the team: An informal coffee chat with a potential future colleague. No agenda — just a chance to get a feel for the people you'd be working with. WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Learning & Development opportunities * Sabbatical policy * Subsidies for public transportation, sports, and German courses * Bike leasing program * Healthy (also not so healthy) snacks in the office every day * Experienced, innovative, diverse team We are looking forward to getting your application!

Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market. YOUR MISSION: At lemon.markets, we're building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of investment products. As we scale, and navigate an incoming wave of new regulations, we need a sharp, experienced legal mind to join our growing Legal team. This is not a standard in-house legal role. We are a frontrunner in a fast-moving, largely uncharted space, and the legal work reflects that: highly creative, non-standard, and intellectually stimulating at every turn. If you are energised by the idea of helping define what the rulebook looks like rather than just following it, you'll feel right at home here. You will work closely with our General Counsel and an experienced Legal team, taking on a high degree of personal ownership with strong visibility to senior management, including our Managing Directors and Founder. You will: * Own the contract work. The majority of your time will be spent drafting contracts from scratch. Because lemon.markets operates in a non-standard space as an infrastructure provider, templates rarely exist. You'll be creating the language that makes novel investment products legally enforceable. * Review and negotiate agreements received from partners, clients and counterparties, and represent lemon.markets' interests with confidence in negotiations — including with German-speaking counterparties. * Enable product development. You act as a critical legal checkpoint for ideas coming from our Product and Sales teams. Your role is to translate innovative concepts into legally feasible and properly documented offerings, or flag where something simply can't be done. * Monitor regulatory developments particularly in securities law (Wertpapierrecht), capital markets law (Kapitalmarktrecht) and banking law (Bankrecht). Translate regulatory changes into concrete contract language and proactively communicate their impact across the organisation. * Support the General Counsel in shaping the company's legal strategy, including our European expansion. * Collaborate cross-functionally with inter alia Compliance, AML, Data Protection, and other teams who will regularly seek your input. * Advise senior leadership. You'll have direct visibility to the Managing Directors and Founder, both as subject-matter expert and as a deputy to the General Counsel. You will be successful in this role if: * You are a fully qualified German lawyer (Volljurist) with strong academic foundations and 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). * You have solid, hands-on expertise in securities law (Wertpapierrecht), capital markets law (Kapitalmarktrecht), and/or banking law (Bankrecht), ideally gained at a major law firm, Fintech or Banking environment. * You have strong foundations in contract law and are comfortable by the challenge of drafting agreements where no template exists. * You operate confidently in both German and English at C1 level (near-native). What matters is your ability to negotiate and advise at the highest level in both languages. * You are genuinely autonomous: when a task lands on your desk, you drive it forward without waiting to be told. * You can translate complex legal questions into plain language that engineers, product managers and business teams can understand and act on. * You are resilient and creative, you won't be rattled by the absence of precedent; instead, you'll see it as an opportunity to think outside the box. * You enjoy working in a multicultural, interdisciplinary team and thrive in environments where collaboration across functions is part of everyday life. * You are curious and open-minded, willing to explore adjacent areas of law as our business evolves. * 📌 Part-time friendly: This role is part-time friendly, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours/week. We’re flexible and happy to discuss a working model that fits your availability while meeting the needs of the team. * 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more per month on-site in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. * 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously!
