ABOUT LEMON.MARKETS 🍋 We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their customers. lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months. As part of the dwpbank Group, we share a clear goal: we enable anyone to be an investor by making investing in capital markets more accessible. By combining dwpbank’s long-standing expertise and stability with lemon.markets’ technology-first mindset and speed, we are building a modern, modular securities services ecosystem. Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market. YOUR MISSION As our Market Operations Specialist, you will help ensure that our daily trading and post-trade operations run reliably, transparently, and at scale. You will join the Investing Operations team, working closely with colleagues across investment operations, corporate actions, and securities operations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external partners where operational processes intersect. Your work will directly support smooth order handling, robust controls, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality operational backbone for our partners and their end customers. Over the next 6 to 12 months, your focus will be on executing and stabilising recurring market operations processes, improving exception handling, and helping bring more structure and transparency to a growing operational setup. The role sits at the intersection of trading operations, process discipline, and cross-functional problem-solving in a regulated environment. This creates the opportunity to improve reliability and scalability while reducing manual effort, operational risk, and friction across counterparties and internal systems. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: * Execute recurring market operations and trading-related processes across the order and post-trade lifecycle, ensuring reliable daily operations and consistent service quality for partners and end investors. * Monitor core controls such as best execution oversight, regulatory reporting, and instrument master data management, helping maintain operational accuracy, compliance, and transparency. * Investigate operational exceptions, breaks, and failed workflows together with internal stakeholders and external partners, resolving issues quickly to reduce risk and avoid downstream disruption. * Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface tooling gaps, process pain points, and automation opportunities, enabling more scalable workflows and less manual operational effort. * Support reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution across systems and counterparties, helping create a stronger control environment and more reliable operational outcomes. * Improve documentation, process visibility, and operational discipline across recurring and one-off workflows, so the team can scale sustainably and respond effectively in a dynamic market environment. YOU’LL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: * You bring hands-on experience from market operations, brokerage operations, middle or back office, trade support, or a similar environment with exposure to pre-trade, trading, and post-trade processes. * You have broad knowledge of financial instruments, market infrastructure, and the operational realities of working with banks, brokers, exchanges, market makers, or fintechs. * You are confident with reconciliations, controls, incident handling, exception management, and operational reporting in regulated trading environments. * You are comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, internal tools, and written documentation to manage recurring processes and drive clarity. * You work in a structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on way, take ownership of recurring operations, and stay focused on what is most critical in dynamic situations. * You enjoy improving broken processes, collaborating across functions, and contributing to more scalable operations through better structure, tooling, and automation input. HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. You decide on the rhythm that helps you do your best work, with only shared core hours from 12:00 to 16:00 to support collaboration. * 🏢 Hybrid work setup: You can work from anywhere in Germany within a hybrid model. At the same time, in-person collaboration is a key part of our culture. That being said, individual contributer lemoneers work 4 days or more in our Berlin office, spending quality time together with the team at events, onsites/offsites or over team dinners. * 📈 Grow with us: We take your personal development seriously! You’ll get regular mentorship and stretch opportunities, a clear career development framework with frequent feedback conversations as well as an annual learning budget. * 🌱 People & culture: You’ll feel our culture in the small things, like polaroids from our lemoneers’ first day, Friday food market strolls at Maybachufer, and our monthly new-joiner breakfast. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. * 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. * 🏝 Workation: Get out of here! At lemon.markets you can work remotely from anywhere in the EU for up to 10 consecutive days at a time, and up to 60 days per year in total. As an equal opportunity employer, lemon.markets is committed to building an inclusive workplace. The company welcomes people from all different backgrounds, including age, citizenship, ethnic and racial origins, gender identities, individuals with disabilities, marital status, religions and ideologies, and sexual orientations to apply. If you feel this role could be a great match for you even if you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you, please apply. You have any questions? Together, we offer faster time-to-market, modular services, and a modern customer experience that helps financial service providers stay competitive and respond more flexibly in a changing market. Your Mission As lemon.markets continues to grow and expands the range of instruments on our platform, corporate actions will naturally become a bigger and more important part of our day-to-day operations. That’s why we’re hiring our first Corporate Actions Specialist: someone who takes full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle, from announcement capture and validation through elections, entitlement calculation, to final settlement and reconciliation. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to shape how the process should run and to translate it into clear documentation and system requirements. Once live, you’ll ensure the daily execution is smooth, consistent, and customer-first, because these events sit at the heart of a reliable investing experience. Over time, you’ll help us automate as much as possible as volumes grow, while also raising corporate actions knowledge across the Investing Operations team. This role is a unique chance to build, run, and continuously optimise an entire function. In this role you will: * Own the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle across our growing instrument universe, from announcement capture and validation through elections processing, entitlement calculation, and final settlement. * Partner with Product and Engineering to design and scale the operating model, turning real-world event flows into clear requirements, workflows, and screens that work in practice. * Coordinate seamlessly with external stakeholders (custodians, issuers, depositories, brokers, and other counterparties) to ensure events are processed accurately and on time. * Manage regulatory, tax, and market reporting obligations, meeting disclosure requirements, market deadlines, and internal control standards. * Drive continuous improvement and automation, standardising processes, reducing operational risk, and implementing system and tooling enhancements as volumes increase. * Build and share corporate actions knowledge internally, creating SOPs, event playbooks, operational handbooks, and policy documentation to upskill the broader team. You’ll be successful in this role if you: * Bring deep, hands-on experience in Corporate Actions Operations across fintechs, banks, custodians, brokers, or asset servicers, covering the full end-to-end lifecycle from event capture and validation through elections, taxation, reconciliation, and settlement. Exposure to broader investment/market operations is a strong plus. * Have practical familiarity with the German retail investing market, and understand how European regulatory requirements translate into day-to-day operational realities (e.g., tax reporting, disclosures, and market deadlines). * Are comfortable operating within custody structures and market infrastructure (including CSDs/depositories) and can build effective working relationships with custodians and other counterparties. * Thrive in complex exception management, confidently running investigations end-to-end (e.g., cash/securities breaks, tax discrepancies, rate validations) and driving issues through to clear, documented resolution. * Pair an eye for detail with a strong risk, controls, and auditability mindset, ensuring outcomes are accurate, timely, and scalable. * Have a track record of driving process improvements and automation, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to remove manual work and reduce operational risk. * Communicate fluently in English (C1); German is a plus but not required. How we take care of you: * 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. * 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. About Us Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way. Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality. Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design. When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place. We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law? What you’ll be doing Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most prestigious law firms in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. Some of what you'll be up to: Acting as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across practice groups. Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of firm relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new associates and partners, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across global law firms. Be the voice of law firm users inside Legora - sharing insights from M&A teams, litigation departments, and other practice groups that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a single practice group or rolling out firm-wide. Documenting best practices from leading firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. Confidently helping law firms navigate one of the biggest shifts in how legal services are delivered - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas, from corporate to disputes. What you bring You come from the world of Big Law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained and practised at a top-tier law firm, experiencing first-hand the pressures of billable hours, client demands, and operational inefficiencies. Perhaps you've moved into legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech within a firm. Maybe you've even left private practice to disrupt the status quo through a legal tech company, or ventures of your own. Either way, you know how law firms think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier law firm - ideally across multiple practice areas or with exposure to firm-wide initiatives. Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity. Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from senior partners to graduate trainees, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you. Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment. Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining due diligence, contract review, or legal research. Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple firm relationships at once. Care deeply about quality, but don't get stuck in perfectionism - you get things done, and you make them better over time. Understand the commercial realities of law firm life: billing pressures, client expectations, competitive positioning, and the delicate balance between innovation and risk management. A few more things We're a fast-growing company with bold ambitions, so you'll be joining at a time when things are moving quickly - in the best possible way. You'll have a lot of autonomy, a lot of responsibility, and the chance to genuinely shape how this function evolves. Everyone here has a founder-mentality. If that sounds exciting rather than terrifying, we'd love to hear from you. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
