delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30
countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the
globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most
other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and
entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We’re looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join Wolt in Berlin, Stockholm, Helsinki, or London!
In the Marketing Analytics team, we are focused on improving the effectiveness of our marketing spend and boosting Wolt’s growth.
We work across a broad set of marketing questions, helping teams understand what is working, where to invest, and how to improve
marketing performance across Wolt. We partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy & Operations teams closely to guide
measurement and tactical decision-making using advanced analytics. Considering the scale of Wolt’s marketing function, there are
many exciting problems to be solved and plenty of opportunities to make a business impact!
You’ll be part of this team working with top Data Science and Analytics Engineering professionals. As we grow the next level of
maturity in Marketing Analytics, you’ll help shape the roadmap, develop the team, and build the operating rhythm that turns
analysis into better business decisions.
As an Analytics Manager at Wolt, you are essential in revolutionizing our marketing strategies. You’ll define the analytics
roadmap for the team, prioritize the most important business questions, and ensure the work leads to clear decisions and
follow-through. Acting as a critical partner to senior business and product leaders, this role will drive the Marketing domain
forward, shaping the future of our initiatives.
Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of innovative marketing
initiatives. The role offers an exciting opportunity to brainstorm 0-to-1 growth investment opportunities and establish the
foundation for our marketing investment framework. You’ll lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Scientists, helping them stay
close to the business and deliver work that improves marketing decisions and outcomes.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership and project management skills, along with strong communication and
interpersonal abilities. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial in fostering a culture of shared
success and innovation. This position offers a thrilling opportunity to shape the future of growth at Wolt!

WAS DU BEI UNS MACHEN WIRST: Als Senior Data Engineer spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau unserer Databricks-basierten Analytics-Plattform. Was bedeutet das konkret? Gina Kreipe-Pflüger Head of HR
