At Wolt we partner closely with the world’s leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. We are looking for a Senior Account
Manager - CPG Partnerships to work with our brand partners & provide massive value to our customer base through the brands they
love. This is a high-impact, Individual Contributor role that will contribute to building profitable business models touching all
of Wolt’s sales channels. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across the business; you will need to be able to work
with our local team and our global ads operations team. Success will come from the ability to leverage our (huge) database to
execute commercial initiatives, conduct long-term joint business planning, and provide world-class service to the world’s largest
consumer brands.

This is a strategic sales role where you’ll manage high-value enterprise relationships, shape Wolt’s advertising approach towards merchants and deliver data-driven advertising solutions at scale. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and growth partner for global and regional enterprise clients — developing tailor-made advertising solutions that align with business objectives across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate closely with Wolt’s regional teams, product, and marketing to optimise performance, expand adoption, and influence Wolt’s ad strategy globally. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Own and grow a portfolio of multinational Restaurants and New Verticals enterprise clients, ensuring they fully leverage Wolt Ads to maximise visibility and sales. * Develop and execute retail-specific ad growth strategies at global and regional levels, partnering with enterprise clients to meet evolving needs. * Collaborate with local teams to deliver market-specific ad solutions that drive measurable performance for top accounts. * Work with Wolt’s product and marketing teams to refine ad formats, targeting, and campaign strategies tailored to the needs our merchants. * Lead strategic account planning, sales presentations, negotiations, and QBRs, ensuring long-term client success and retention. * Analyse performance data and market insights to optimise enterprise ad spend and scale retail adoption across multiple markets. * Advise C-level executives and senior decision-makers on best practices for Retail Media, helping them allocate budgets effectively. * Track and share insights on industry trends (Retail Media Networks, CPG advertising, omnichannel commerce) to position Wolt Ads as a leading solution for Restaurant and Retail partners. * Provide structured feedback to internal teams on product gaps, client challenges, and category-specific opportunities. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and drive data-backed campaign optimisation. * 3–5 years of enterprise sales/account management experience in retail media, CPG, FMCG, or eCommerce advertising. * Proven track record of exceeding targets, managing complex negotiations, and scaling ad budgets across multiple regions. * Deep understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and retail media monetisation models. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM, with a strong data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management. * Experience with consultative/solution selling and building category-specific ad strategies. * Strong cross-functional skills to align global enterprise strategies with local execution. * Fluency in English and the local language.
