enterprise accounts. This is a strategic sales role where you’ll manage high-value enterprise relationships, shape Wolt’s
advertising approach towards merchants and deliver data-driven advertising solutions at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager - CPG Partnerships to work with our brand partners & provide massive value to our customer base through the brands they love. This is a high-impact, Individual Contributor role that will contribute to building profitable business models touching all of Wolt’s sales channels. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across the business; you will need to be able to work with our local team and our global ads operations team. Success will come from the ability to leverage our (huge) database to execute commercial initiatives, conduct long-term joint business planning, and provide world-class service to the world’s largest consumer brands. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Ad + Promo Sales: CPG partners create significant value to our joint customer bases via Ads + Promos. Our product is developing new features every day which you will be in charge of commercializing * Joint Business Strategy and Planning: We create win-win-win models which bring significant benefits to our CPG partners, Wolt, and our end-customers. Our industry is moving fast and changing by the minute; you will have to be creative and figure out how we can all win together, both today and tomorrow. * Plan Execution: Our team likes to get its hands dirty. You’ll work closely with local teams and our global ads operations teams to ensure that the details of operational plans are being executed, from ensuring a supply chain is providing the right amount of availability on our shelves to triple-checking marketing campaign flows. * Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: We have industry-leading first-party data on billions of transactions, stored on Snowflake databases accessed via Looker. Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to create actionable dashboards, KPIs, and insights for our business partners. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * Relevant Experience: Previous global enterprise sales or account management experience. Proven ability to create incremental value for partners in a self-driven manner. * Languages Proficiency: Fluent in Greek and English. * Industry Knowledge: Understanding the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and e-commerce, platform industry is essential. Experience in the Ads industry is a major plus. * Presentation & Communication Skills: Proven ability to create compelling presentations and deliver them effectively to C-level executives, combined with excellent communication skills. * Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to leverage data to uncover trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable business recommendations, and presenting findings in clear, impactful formats is essential. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING We’re building one of the most exciting media ecosystems in Kazakhstan - helping partners grow through Wolt Ads and Wolt Promos. By joining the team, you’ll be at the forefront of digital advertising, working on campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and real results. Our mission is to help partners grow their business by getting closer to the customers who matter most. Through high-impact placements across our app (and beyond), we help them boost brand visibility, reach new audiences, and increase sales. As a Senior Sales Manager in the Ads & Promo team, you’ll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and optimising advertising and promotion campaigns for our partners. You’ll collaborate closely with the Global Ads and Account Management team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver strong results. This is a great opportunity for someone with a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital advertising. You may also come from a background in digital marketing or paid media, such as an Account Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist or Paid Media Specialist, as these skills transfer exceptionally well into the role. DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE: * Own enterprise partnership growth: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for each enterprise partner, identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsells, cross-sells, new verticals). * Build deep strategic relationships: Work with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise partners to understand their business objectives, competitive challenges, and how Wolt Ads can solve for them. * Launch & optimize new ad and promotion products: Introduce new advertising and promotion solutions and product features to enterprise partners, ensuring smooth implementation and quick time-to-value that drives adoption and revenue. * Full-Scale Retail Dominance: Accelerate Wolt Ads to the next level by capturing the entire Retail vertical - from global enterprise chains to local merchants - establishing the platform as the universal engine for retail growth. * Drive revenue growth through partnerships: Negotiate and close high-value advertising and promotion investment deals with a strategic focus on long-term partnership value, product adoption, and measurable business impact. * Monitor and optimize campaign performance: Work with partners and internal teams to analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure partners are achieving their KPIs and ROAS targets. * Collaborate across teams: Global Ads and Promotion, Partner with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with partner goals. * Develop operational excellence: Identify ways to streamline ad operations, improve campaign setup and launch processes, and increase team efficiency without sacrificing quality. * Drive reporting & insights: Work with the analytics team to develop custom reporting that tells a compelling story about partner performance, helping us demonstrate clear ROI and justify continued investment. * Stay ahead of market trends: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, emerging advertising trends, and partner needs to position Wolt Ads as the category leader. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * +5 years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or ad platform management with a track record of closing and managing enterprise-level deals. * Deep advertising platform expertise: You understand ad metrics, campaign optimization, media buying fundamentals, and how to position premium advertising solutions to sophisticated clients.
