About the role
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure into technical complexity.
As an Enterprise Solution Engineer, the work starts where systems, tools and workflows no longer connect in the way they should.
Manual work slows teams down, processes break between departments, and opportunities for automation remain unused. The challenge
is to understand where that friction comes from and turn it into solutions that work in practice.
The role combines solution design, technical consulting, pre-sales support and implementation. It moves between helping prospects
understand what is possible, designing scalable automation setups, and working with customers to make those solutions successful
after the sale.
It is strategic, hands-on and client-facing, with a strong focus on real business impact.

Why we're hiring: In this role you will be a member of the Workday Services team supporting and enhancing our existing Workday deployment, this role will grow as we further deploy and expand our Workday PSA and integrated applications for both coverage geographically and capability. Reporting to the Workday PSA Product Manager this role is responsible for providing a world class level of technical and process knowledge to support issues as they arise and lead the solution development and deployment of enhancements enabling our users to drive more value from our Workday solution. Working hand in hand with the wider Workday Services team and our AMS partner you will build relationships with our process owners, SSC and stakeholders as a source of expertise and support in Workday PSA and integrated applications (Zimit, Dayshape, Monday.com). The Workday Services team provides the post go-live support and enhancement of the Workday solution that replaces some of our core technology and influences our ways of working for many of our colleagues at WPP. Customer & Stakeholder Management * Serve as primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders. * Facilitate recurring governance: status calls, steering committees, UAT readouts, and go-live reviews. * Translate technical complexity into clear business impacts for executive stakeholders. * Manage scope and change requests, ensuring commercial and delivery impacts are understood and agreed.
