At praxipal, we are building an AI-powered healthcare admin workforce to address the global shortage of medical staff.
Medical assistants are too valuable to spend their days chasing callbacks, cleaning up schedules, sending repetitive messages, or
wrestling with invoicing and documentation workflows. Staff should spend time on patients. That’s why we build Luna.
Our AI receptionist, Luna, answers and automates phone calls and she’s loved by more than 100 medical practices. Right now, we’re
expanding her from calls to end-to-end patient communication across any channel. Over the next years, we’ll grow her into an AI
worker that automates all administrative processes in medical practices, embedded directly into the systems teams already use.
We’re backed by one of Europe’s leading investors and are one of the fastest growing healthtech startups in Germany. Our team has
previously worked and studied at Palantir, Amazon, SAP, the University of Cambridge, and Hasso Plattner Institute.
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer Working Student to take technical ownership of our most important customer deployments.
This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for customer deployments and technical success.
You will work directly with a subset of our customers, configure and customize our product to their specific environments, and
ensure that Luna works reliably in real-world healthcare settings.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer reality.
The role is on-site in Berlin and requires fluent German.

Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We’re democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week. But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We’re a diverse group of innovative thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers who believe in delivering an incredible product—and having fun while doing it. The Opportunity As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Veo, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and external partnerships, helping turn integration needs into working solutions at scale. This role is part of Veo’s API team and combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration across teams and partners. You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and will be based in our Berlin office, working as part of a small, focused team alongside engineers and a Technical Product Manager. Besides working on Veo’s API (a core feature) with your team, you will also engage directly with partners to understand their technical needs. You’ll help shape integration approaches, and deliver solutions that balance speed, quality, and maintainability. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the problem, comfortable moving between conversations and code, and motivated by making things work in practice.

ENTERPRISE DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER ABOUT THE ROLE AI is the biggest transformation of our lifetime. Most companies know they need to move. Few know how. This is where you come in. As an Enterprise Deployments Engineer at Langdock, you own the infrastructure that powers our enterprise AI platform across dozens of customer cloud environments. You build the systems that make deploying, monitoring, and operating Langdock scalable, turning what today takes weeks into a repeatable, automated process that works across AWS, Azure, GCP, and self-hosted cloud configurations. This is not a back-office infrastructure role. Customer-facing work is a core part of what you do. You work directly with IT, security, networking, and compliance teams at some of Europe's largest enterprises, translating their requirements into working infrastructure and navigating their approval processes to move deployments forward. You bring the technical depth to earn trust at the C-level and the clarity to make complex architecture decisions legible to any stakeholder in the room. You take ownership of the deployment process end to end: from writing the infrastructure code that gets new customers live, to keeping existing deployments running reliably, to driving the initiatives that make our setup scale. You don't wait to be told what needs improving. You see it, you build it, and you ship it. Based full-time at our Berlin headquarters, you will be a critical technical voice for the team and the first point of contact for any infrastructure and platform questions from colleagues and customers alike. You are fluent in German (C1+ or native) and English. WHAT YOU WILL DO Deployment of the Langdock Platform * Deploy the Langdock platform across customer cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and others) using infrastructure-as-code * Explain the Langdock architecture and build trust with technical and C-level stakeholders in customer meetings * Guide customers through the entire deployment process and act as their primary point of contact throughout * Adapt and extend infrastructure code to meet each customer's specific requirements Customer Communication & Requirements * Serve as the primary technical contact for customer IT, security, networking, and compliance teams * Translate customer requirements (from compliance constraints to networking specifics) into working infrastructure and platform changes * Connect customer environments and applications to the platform: networking, access, integrations, and everything required to get a deployment live * Communicate clearly and proactively across diverse stakeholder groups. This is a central part of the role, not a side responsibility. Deployment Operations * Coordinate and perform regular version upgrades together with our customers * Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for dedicated deployments (e.g. using Datadog) * Participate in on-call rotation to keep customer platforms running reliably at all times * Drive cost monitoring and efficiency improvements across stacks * Reproduce and support resolution of bugs related to single-tenant deployments Platform Engineering & Scale * Professionalize and standardize the deployment setup so it scales across a growing customer base * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tests to keep infrastructure code high quality * Contribute to the product where infrastructure and application meet: from switching to managed identities to improving access control * Build self-serve documentation for customers based on their feedback WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You have strong, hands-on cloud engineering experience, ideally across more than one major provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). You have deployed real systems into production and you know what it takes to keep them running reliably in complex enterprise environments. Infrastructure-as-code is second nature to you, not something you reach for when you have to. You are comfortable in customer-facing situations. You can walk a CISO through a security architecture, manage a deployment review with a skeptical IT team, and represent Langdock credibly at the C-level, all in the same week. You don't wait for someone else to take the lead in these conversations. You take ownership. You see what needs to be improved in the deployment setup, the monitoring stack, the documentation, or the security posture, and you make it happen without being asked. You treat every deployment as a chance to make the next one better. You are fluent in German (C1+ or native) and English. A significant share of our enterprise customer communication happens in German. Bonus: experience with OpenShift or on-premises deployments, prior work in a security or compliance-heavy environment, or early-stage startup experience where you had to build things that scale from scratch.
