YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Head of Fleet Management (Germany), you will report directly to the General Manager - Germany, and oversee the full Fleet Management organisation ensuring our fleet is well-maintained and available across Germany. In this role you will own the strategy and budget, and oversee the day-to-day operations that work continuously to maximise efficiency, vehicle utilisation, and sustainability, at the lowest possible cost. This will include: * Strategy & Planning: Working closely with the General Manager to develop the long-term fleet management strategy, budget, and setting a plan for each specific city. * Operational Excellence: Continuously optimising operational workflows and costs, monitoring KPIs and driving immediate corrective action with your team when needed. * Workforce Management: Driving demand-driven capacity planning and recruiting the right talent to ensure staffing and fleet availability meet operational SLAs at the lowest cost. * Physical Asset Management: Owning and optimising vehicles, facilities, and operational equipment - maximising utilisation and lifespan to keep the fleet moving and revenue flowing. * Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment across all facilities and field operations, working closely with the central Operations team to uphold compliance with health and safety guidelines and regulations. * Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with the regional Operations and Market Development teams, the wider Fleet Management organisation, and other functional leaders to achieve common goals. * Leadership: Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture by setting clear goals, developing your team, and contributing insights to global operations discussions to drive cross-market alignment. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK We are looking for an experienced operational leader who combines a hands-on approach with strategic thinking and data-driven problem solving, the ability to build strong relationships across the business, and develop and empower leaders around you. In addition to this, we believe the right person has: * 6+ years of experience in an operational leadership role (mobility, logistics or a related field), with a proven track record of managing large, distributed teams across multiple cities or regions. * Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business or similar. * Solid experience owning budgeting, forecasting and operational cost performance. * Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. * Strong understanding of operational models, including 3PL set‑ups and workforce management. * Experience building, coaching and developing high‑performing teams. * Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality. * Full professional proficiency in English and German. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Safety Manager, you will lead and embed health and safety practices across Voi’s local operations, ensuring that warehouses, field operations and offices comply with local legislation and Voi’s global standards. In this role, you will be the appointed FSO/DGSA/SIFA in Germany and support other markets across Southern Europe on health and safety topics. You will work closely with the Global Head of Health & Safety, the Global Health & Safety Steering Group and cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance, reduce risks and strengthen a caring safety culture. Your work will support Voi’s operational growth in the local market and our mission to deliver safe and sustainable micromobility services. This will include: * Leading and promoting a strong health and safety culture across warehouses, field teams and operational staff, ensuring safety is embedded in day-to-day activities and decisions. * Developing, implementing and maintaining local health and safety policies, processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with Voi’s global standards, local legislation and industry best practice. * Identifying and assessing operational risks across warehouses, field operations and facilities, implementing effective risk controls for core activities such as battery handling, equipment use, manual handling and in-field operations. * Travel regularly to different sites in Europe to carry out safety checks in warehouses and ensure consistent standards across locations. * Planning and conducting safety inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions, follow-up and clear performance reporting. * Coordinating and supporting health and safety training so that teams understand their responsibilities and feel equipped to maintain safe working environments. * Collaborating with Operations, Legal, HR and other central teams to integrate safety into processes, warehouse set-ups, facilities management and customer safety initiatives, while owning the local health and safety roadmap and driving continuous improvement. WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You are a collaborative and hands-on health and safety professional who enjoys working closely with both operational teams and senior stakeholders. You combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, and you are comfortable influencing others, building trust and following through on actions. In addition to being fluent in English and German we believe the right person has: * Proven experience in a health and safety leadership or management role. * Professional health and safety certification. * Strong knowledge of local health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements. * Experience developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments. * Demonstrated ability to conduct safety audits and incident investigations. * Experience delivering training to improve safety performance. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels. * Excellent communication and reporting skills. * Experience in logistics, mobility, transportation, warehouse operations or similar industries is an advantage. The role As a Commercial Counsel in Legora’s Stockholm office, you will play a central role in supporting one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will work closely with our commercial teams, advising on a broad range of matters with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable deals while managing risk. You will report to the Head of Legal, based at our Stockholm headquarters. Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives. What you will be doing: * Act as a commercial legal partner to the business, working closely with senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations, and Procurement on customer and supplier engagements. * Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts, with a strong focus on closing deals efficiently and pragmatically. * Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability, and contractual protections within customer and supplier agreements. * Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable, repeatable commercial contracting practices. * Address data protection and compliance considerations primarily within the context of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring risks are appropriately managed without slowing execution. * Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines to standardise negotiations and improve deal velocity. Who you are * Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. * Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Spanish and/or German language skills are considered a plus. * 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel. * Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements and supporting commercial teams. You’re an excellent negotiator. * Strong legal judgment and confidence in making decisions independently. * Experience in handling corporate matters and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. * Experience with data privacy matters, IT security and/or corporate law is meritorious. * Your focus is on achieving meaningful business outcomes, translating into actionable advice delivered clearly and comprehensively. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment and rapidly evolving business setting.
