DEINE MISSION * Embedded-Entwicklung: In einer agilen Entwicklungsumgebung arbeitest du an der Implementierung deiner Algorithmen in Embedded-Hardware, um effiziente Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen zu realisieren. * Schaltungsdesign: Du entwirfst analoge und digitale Schaltungen und unterstützt bei der Implementierung, die zur Signalaufbereitung und -verarbeitung dienen, und sorgst damit für eine präzise und zuverlässige Leistung. * Mikrocontrollerprogramierung: Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen analoger Hardware und digitaler Datenverarbeitung.   * Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Entwicklerteam zusammen, um gemeinsam technische Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln. DAS BRINGST DU MIT * Abgeschlossenes Studium in Angewandter Physik, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang * Praktische Erfahrung in der Signalverarbeitung * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Mikrocontrollern sowie Kenntnisse über industrielle Schnittstellen und Bussysteme * Grundlegende physikalische Kenntnisse über magnetische Felder sind wünschenswert, jedoch kein Ausschlusskriterium * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise, including advanced proficiency in Python for building scalable backend systems and production-ready services. * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/ Azure / GCP. * Strong understanding of software architecture, code quality practices, and engineering best practices. * Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and operate effectively as a senior individual contributor. * We are looking for candidates with hands-on C#/.NET development experience, given that C#/.NET 10 is our primary backend stack and key to our long-term platform strategy and flexibility. * Strong problem-solving, and collaboration skills, especially within fast-growing engineering teams. * A proactive mindset with the ability to guide junior engineers and help scale engineering excellence across the organization. Nice to Have: * Frontend development experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus. * Interest or experience in AI-related products, machine learning, or data engineering environments is beneficial.
