METAPIC Metapic is Europes fastest growing creator marketing platform with +100.000 creators and +5.000 brands. We connect brands and creators through a performance model. We are active all over Europe with 8 offices in Berlin, London, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Stockholm, Rotterdam and Warsaw. ROLE OVERVIEW The Creator Marketing Operations Intern/Working Student is responsible for creating, building and maintaining influencer relationships; as well as developing strategic & creative recommendations for campaigns. Alongside traditional influencer outreach and relationship building, the role is also responsible for social media trend forecasting, creating creative influencer recruitment strategies and supporting the advertiser team with pitching opportunities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the German influencer pipeline for all outreach & active conversations; delivering best-in-class customer service * Build and maintain close relationships with our influencers; developing a communication strategy and ensuring Metapic is their platform of choice * Create posts and manage the social media accounts for Metapic Germany, alongside the Influencer Marketing Executive * Assist in planning & executing various influencer events & meetings in line with business objectives * Creating weekly newsletters for influencers * Work closely with the Advertiser Manager to recruit and onboard influencers for our client portfolio * Create and develop recruitment plans and/or incentives, ensuring they are executed effectively * Oversee seeding campaigns, being ultimately responsible for ensuring products are successfully ordered & received by the influencer. Work closely with the Advertiser Manager to ensure this is communicated to the client. * Identify upcoming consumer trends & use these insights to guide the influencer strategy * Act as an expert on key rising influencers within Germany, and client consumer demographics; ensuring our influencers meet these needs * Remain aware of competitor activity & developments to ensure we remain competitive * Report back weekly to the Head of Germany with performance highlights, threats, opportunities & ideas. YOUR PROFILE * Native German and professional English language skills are required * Confident & clear communicator * Extremely motivated, a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset * Able to work independently but also a strong team player * Expert in social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Youtube & Facebook * Creative thinker - able to develop and execute ideas * Highly organized & able to self-manage workload * Able to analyze data and make strategic recommendations * Excellent relationship builder * Adaptable - duties & responsibilities might change in line with business objectives * The role will also be fast paced and constantly evolving.

Team The affiliate marketing team consists of five full-time managers and a team lead. As part of our dynamic Paid Channel Team, our mission is simple: acquire new customers across 10 European markets. We partner with top-tier financial publishers and comparison platforms like Finanztip, Finanzfluss, and Verivox. Now, we are looking for a motivated Working Student to join to help us scale and dive deep into the mix of marketing and sales. Your Responsibilities * Partner Growth: Conduct market research to identify new potential affiliates and influencers. You'll build targeted hunting lists and actively reach out to prospective partners to grow our network. * Partner Communications: Act as a key contact for our German-market partners, keeping them engaged and informed by sending out performance reports and important product updates. * Campaign & Asset Management: Bring campaigns to life by arranging the content and collaborating closely with our Design team to create eye-catching visuals. * Content & Landing Pages: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages using ContentStack, conduct A/B tests, and write engaging blog entries about our innovative new products. * Leverage AI: Work smarter by using advanced AI tools (like Gemini) to streamline your partner research, speed up content creation, and assist with data analysis. Your Profile * Academic Background: You are currently pursuing a degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and are based in Berlin. * Language Proficiency: You possess strong communication skills with a C1 level or higher in German (essential for handling our partner communications and localized content). Additional skills in Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus. * Drive & Curiosity: Prior experience in Online or Affiliate Marketing is not required.
