AT SUPERCHAT, WE'RE REBUILDING HOW BUSINESSES TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. AI IS BECOMING THE ENGINE OF THAT COMMUNICATION.
INTEGRATIONS ARE WHAT GIVE THAT ENGINE TEETH: THE DATA, THE TOOLS, THE SYSTEMS THAT TURN A CLEVER AGENT INTO ONE THAT ACTUALLY
Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide, from globally recognized brands
like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look
bigger than they are. Today, millions of messages flow through Superchat every single day.
We started as a unified inbox: one place for every channel a customer might pick, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Instagram. Then ChatGPT
happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human
teams.
We're 100 people, profitable, and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money
since). Headquartered in Berlin.
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Integrations team.
In this role, you'll own the surface that decides whether our AI agents are clever demos or systems that actually do work. CRM
sync, appointment bookings, call transfers, custom workflows: every action our agents take in the real world runs through your
team. Plus our public API, webhooks, and the developer experience that lets partners build on top of us. If you're excited to
design APIs, ship agent tooling, and own a surface that gets more strategic every quarter, this might be a great fit.
We're reshaping our product function around three pillars, AI, Integrations, and Core, with a PM in each, operating directly with
our founder and CPO Mika. This role is for Integrations.
You'll design API surfaces, debate OAuth and webhook patterns, and hold your own with senior engineers and external partner teams.
The engineers write the code. Your job is to read it when needed, sketch API designs, argue technical trade-offs, and make sure
what we ship is well architected. An engineering background, or serious hands-on coding experience, is what gets you that
credibility.
Berlin-based, minimum 3 days a week in-office, up to 2 days optional home office. We build better in the same room. Decisions
happen faster, products ship faster, and the team stays sharper. EU work permit required.

moments, and the keynote for the big launches, with marketing and sales behind you
Every year we publish a Rewind: a public record of everything we built and shipped. Probably the easiest way to see what we've
been up to.
We firmly believe that diversity makes companies better. We welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, background,
nationality, or religion. Feel free to send us your application!

AT SUPERCHAT, WE'RE REBUILDING HOW BUSINESSES TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE PHONE CALL, THE CONTACT FORM, THE SUPPORT TICKET: ALL OF IT IS BEING REPLACED BY MESSAGING AND AI. WE'RE BUILDING THE PLATFORM THAT RUNS UNDERNEATH. Founded in 2020, Superchat has become the platform of choice for 10,000+ businesses worldwide, from globally recognized brands like Allianz, Auto1, Enpal, Danone, and GASAG to the small businesses, dental practices, and one-person startups that need to look bigger than they are. Then ChatGPT happened, and the second chapter began: AI agents that respond across chat, email, and voice at the quality of the best human teams. We're 100 people, profitable, and have raised €18M in funding (last round 4.5 years ago, we've been growing on our own money since). Headquartered in Berlin. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Core team. In this role, you'll own the heart of our platform: the unified inbox, the channels, and the workflows that tens of thousands of users open first thing in the morning and close last thing at night. You'll be responsible for the product end-to-end, from discovery through shipping through launch, and for whether the metrics actually move. If you're excited to own a product surface this large while staying deep in the details day to day, this might be a great fit. We're reshaping our product function around three pillars, AI, Integrations, and Core, with a PM in each, operating directly with our founder and CPO Mika. This role is for Core. LOCATION & WORK MODE Berlin-based, minimum 3 days a week in-office, up to 2 days optional home office. We build better in the same room. Decisions happen faster, products ship faster, and the team stays sharper. EU work permit required. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end: discovery, spec, build, launch, measure * Stay close to customers every week, in direct calls, by talking to CS and support, and by digging into the data yourself * Embed with 4 to 6 engineers and 1 designer, set the metric, and own whether it moves * Ship features that are simple enough for customers to set up themselves * Own quality. Engineers test as they build, you give the final go before anything ships * Own the launch and the awareness that follows. There is no product marketing team. You drive positioning, the in-product moments, and the keynote for the big launches, with marketing and sales behind you * Work across squads with the AI and Integrations PMs on the surfaces that touch each other WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * A track record of shipping things people actually use * Exceptional product and operational judgement * World-class product taste * Shameless customer obsession * Extreme clarity in writing and thinking * Speed without sloppiness * Low ego and a builder's instinct WHAT WE OFFER * Modern Berlin office in Prenzlauer Berg * Direct work with the founders and a real seat at the product table * A team that ships fast and doesn't drown in process * 26 days of paid vacation, plus 2 extra days off for Christmas and New Year's Eve * Annual personal development budget for conferences, courses, books, or coaching * Regular team events and the kind of culture that makes you want to be in the office SEE HOW WE SHIP Every year we publish a Rewind: a public record of everything we built and shipped. Probably the easiest way to see what we've been up to. * Superchat Rewind 2025 * Superchat Rewind 2024 We firmly believe that diversity makes companies better. We're at a pivotal moment for both Tibber and the planet. When joining Tibber, you won’t just help scale a forward-thinking tech company – you’ll contribute to a real shift in how people consume electricity. With millions of smart devices connected to the Tibber platform (like electric vehicles and smart thermostats), we have one of the most unique energy trading portfolios on the market. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us in making the energy transition happen – maybe that’s you? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Mission 🚀 As a Product Manager for Energy Market, you'll lead the foundational capabilities that make it possible for Tibber to deliver electricity to customers across four markets, from supplier switching and metering data ingestion to market integrations and delivery lifecycle management. This role sits behind many customer-facing experiences. Your impact is measured in processes that work, markets that scale, and engineering teams that can move faster because someone understands the domain well enough to lead, not just coordinate. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you'll do ✅ * Lead/own the product roadmap and delivery for foundational electricity-delivery capabilities — market integrations, supplier switching, metering data ingestion, and delivery lifecycle management * Drive improvements to conversion and completion rates across onboarding and activation flows, reducing drop-off and failure rates as new signups move through market processes * Work closely with the Energy Contract PM to maintain clean boundaries between foundational delivery and commercial contract logic * Contribute to building AI-assisted solutions that reduce manual back-office work and help the team identify and prioritize the right problems faster ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we're looking for⚡ You're energized by bringing clarity to complex domains — comfortable navigating regulated environments where success depends on understanding how external actors, systems, and processes interact. We believe you'll thrive here if you: * Have proven experience as a PM in a complex, regulated, multi-actor operational domain - energy, logistics, telecom, payments, or similar * Can independently map actor relationships, information flows, and regulatory constraints without leaning on engineering to explain the domain * Use data to identify where processes break down and drive measurable improvements — whether that's failure rates, completion rates, or operational efficiency * Are comfortable working with backend systems and APIs as part of your daily work * Communicate proactively — you surface blockers, share context, and keep stakeholders aligned without being prompted; especially important in a distributed team where some engineers are in Berlin and others are not * Tibber is becoming more AI-enabled and we embrace new tools and ways of working. You don't need to be an expert, but we believe you are motivated by that and excited to grow with it too ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 💆🏻♀️💆🏽♂️The Tibber Mindset Tibber exists to drive energy independence – away from fossil dependency. Our tech helps hundreds of thousands of households shift their electricity consumption to more sustainable and affordable hours, strengthening the resilience of the grid. Not in theory. In everyday life. Being on a mission to change an industry means being prepared for the unexpected. We do what others say can't be done – and we do it together. We win, fail and grow together, staying curious and pushing for better - every day. AI is shaping how we work - and we believe it's how we accelerate the energy transition. The more it becomes part of how we operate, the more our Tibberinos matter. Started by two founders in 2016. Now 300+ Tibberinos across Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo and Førde. Backed by Balderton Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, Founders Fund, Summa and Schibsted. Still just getting started. Diversity of thought fuels better products. We welcome applicants of every background, identity and lived experience. Ready to be part of powering the energy transition? Apply below!
