DAS ERWARTET DICH Als Senior Accountant (w/m/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle für das Wachstum von aleno. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse zuverlässig funktionieren, Transparenz schaffen und das Unternehmen auf Kurs halten. Du bist die finanzielle Drehscheibe zwischen Buchhaltung, Operations und strategischem Finanzmanagement. Rund 80 % deiner Zeit widmest du den operativen Themen rund um Buchhaltung und Tagesgeschäft - du hältst die finanziellen Grundlagen am Laufen und stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe stimmen. Die übrigen 20 % nutzt du, um Analysen, Reporting und Planung voranzutreiben - und damit aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finanzprozesse beizutragen. DEINE ROLLE Operativ: * Eigenverantwortliche Führung der laufenden Buchhaltung der Tochtergesellschaft mit Sitz in Deutschland  * Koordination der Buchhaltung der Muttergesellschaft mit Sitz in der Schweiz und auf Gruppenebene * Sicherstellung, dass alle Belege, Kontierungen und Buchungen korrekt und vollständig vorliegen * Schnittstelle zwischen Finance und Customer Success bei abrechnungs- und zahlungsrelevanten Themen * Verantwortung für Rechnungsstellung und Mahnwesen * Zusammenarbeit und fachliche Führung einer Kollegin in der Buchhaltung * Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Stripe und Gewährleistung der korrekten Verbuchung aller Transaktionen * Kontrolle und Sicherstellung, dass alle Leistungen ordnungsgemäß fakturiert werden * Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen und Koordination mit den externen Spezialisten Strategisch: * Mitarbeit beim monatlichen Banken- und Investoren-Reporting * Soll-Ist-Analysen und Unterstützung bei monatlichen Performance Reports * Kostenanalysen und Optimierung der Kostenstruktur * Unterstützung im jährlichen Budgetprozess * Mitwirkung an strategischen Finanzprojekten WAS DU MITBRINGST * Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting: idealerweise aus einem Treuhandbüro oder einer Inhouse-Finanzfunktion * Du kennst dich mit HGB und den steuerlichen Rahmenbedingungen in Deutschland aus (Erfahrung mit DATEV). * Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssystemen wie Xero oder ähnlichen Tools und beherrschst sicher (Erfahrung im Financial Modelling ist ein Plus) * Du denkst analytisch und unternehmerisch, arbeitest detailgenau und agierst als starker Business-Partner für andere Teams. * Du hast Freude daran, über den Tellerrand hinauszuschauen: du willst nicht nur buchen, sondern Prozesse verstehen, optimieren und weiterentwickeln. * Du bist proaktiv, kommunikativ und lernfreudig, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und probierst Neues aus. * Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch. YOUR MISSION *Full time or 30hr/week possible* As JUNA's Senior Accountant, you will own the full reporting cycle across our European entities — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information as we scale. What That Looks Like In the first 3-6 months: * Ramp Up Quickly: Become fully onboarded into JUNA's accounting systems and tools, building a solid understanding of our entity structure and reporting flows. * Own Core Processes: Independently manage accounts payable and receivable, and complete your first solo month-end close accurately and on time. * Build Key Relationships: Establish reliable, trust-based working relationships with our external accounting offices across Europe. YOUR PROFILE What you bring:  * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. * Fluent German (C1) is required for HGB compliance and communication with our German-entity stakeholders; English (C1) is required for cross-border coordination with our European accounting partners. * Solid knowledge of HGB (German accounting standards) — this is mandatory. * Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and performing month-end and year-end close processes. * Comfort working with external accounting partners across multiplejurisdictions. * Proficiencywith accounting software and ERP systems; experience with consolidation tools is a plus.
